My only complaint, and it's not even a real complaint, I just wish I lived closer to your Barcade, all the games I love, and to be able to have a beer and a cheese burger and fries, what else could you possibly want !? Ah man, you guys did an absolutely Amazing job my Friends, Absolutely Amazing !! Looks great I know that was a ton of work and stress to. I really like the pinball setup with the TV’s above such a great idea. What I’ve done with hard drive issues is grab a small SSD cause they have become so inexpensive and clone the original hard drive if I can get it working good enough to do so most times you need an IDE to SATA adapter to.
Looks nice place to spend time in. Wish I could start something like this aswell in my country. But these things don't tend to draw a lot of people in where I live, except at the sea (which is on the other side of my tiny country to where I live). Also think it's quite harder to find these classic arcade machines easily over here. And I don't know about the US, but over here, electricity prices have become quite expensive the last few years. I take it the older arcade machines draw a lot of power? Aren't you worried that people might crawl over that lower wall, between the arcade-machines, to get into that section for free? Because I saw that in that part, there are gap between arcade-machines where thinner people can easily squeeze through.
Amazing that the Lethal Enforcers II: Gun Fighters cabinet has the original revolver-shaped guns on it instead of the Happ guns (the kind used on Atari's light gun games from the mid-late 90s)!
The monitors above the pinball tables are those live views of the playfields or just videos of the tables playfield? If live how / what software are you running?
Congrats my dude! Honest Review of what you have: If I was running the place. Get more Mario Kart DX games. only 2 is a SIN! Trust me on that. Get more of those like 4-6 and you can also find a Pac man battle Royale which is more compact and doesn't take up a huge amount of real estate! I would use that for the 4-6 Mario Kart games I mentioned. I would also add more unique games. Time Soldiers is not "RARE" I can buy that game easily or find the PCB boards for sale. Game is okay.. but even back in the day. I didn't see anyone playing that game at all. Just was too aggravating to play. I enjoyed it for what it was.. but it is not "Back to the Future". Lucky N Wild would be another great game to invest on. That would be my Review 8/10 - But do try to find more unique games that no one has played. I would never have a Dragon's Lair in my Arcade. Hell Don Bluth didn't even like that game or even play through his own creation. Being a Game Designer myself. I find that telling! Time Gal was more of my jam or Time Traveler by SEGA. Find more Unique 4 player games and shooters Revolution X was not my fav. Don't try to get the normal every day find ones. I would keep Simpsons, TMNT and X-Men or get a 6 player one. Hope my advice helps.
