When Simon was about to start playing the set, a huge white stork flew unexpectedly over the crowd towards the stage. Giving it a round of applause, I think everybody realized that we are witnessing a special moment. Unforgettable concert at a great festival.

In all my years listening to goa/psy, Simon stood out as the most absolute perfect artist. The Vivaldi of psytrance. I will miss him so much 🙏

Seriously. Hands down this is one of his best sets I've heard. Seen Shpongle 7 times now, including the final live band show at red rocks. The crowd, the mixdown, the sound quality, all make for a masterpiece. Simon and Raja are a match made in heaven

A lot of the rhythm architecture is influenced by Zoolook; Jarre and Anderson. A lot of the sonics are Jarre samples I bet. And the bassline. But, they do do-it well.
