This is actually a very interesting dynamic bringing someone more scared than you for support. I think Fauna gets braver simply by having to talk to...especially later 😉

I can’t really say as I’m not afraid of clowns, but I believe it has something to do with the uncanny valley.
Do you really NEED a reason? With popular media's depiction of them now a days, I'm surprised "Professional Clown" is still a viable occupation.
