Edited to add that it's my understanding that Charlotte Dujardin had an error of course at the Olympics.
I think you totally nailed it, in regard to the spirit of the test. Getting 65.5% on your first run-through of the GP Special, with error deductions, is amazing. You have your whole life to perfect your art. Good for you. Amazing.

You and Sausage made those tempis look like a piece of cake! And not to mention how that passage has developed holy moly! And the quality of each pace is just WOW WOW WOW! I cannot believe how much you two have progressed as a team it's insane. When I last watched a video of yours you were struggling with changes, passage and pirouettes but looking at this now you look like a completely different duo! Such an inspiration of mine. Keep kicking those goals you got this!!

Just an amateur rider but……. I have followed your channel for a few years now, and I felt compelled to say I am so impressed with your achievement in the special. In my opinion you have both grown, after the Grand Prix I seriously doubted that you would attempt the special, I was willing you to have a go even just for the experience despite the huge pressure of potentially humiliating yourself against your more experienced compatriots…you aced it! In the nicest possible way your mindset has frustrated me in the past but your attitude to this test has made me quite proud of you, keep it up

an all around good first special i think! Some really lovely moments in the piaffe, cant wait for you guys to get more comfortable with the tests and start adding in more expression and some spice haha :D You got this!
Bravo for riding your first GP Special. He certainly tries very hard for you. I think anyone would be happy with that score at that level. If the scores are to improve I would say he needs to have more carry power behind. He struggles with carrying and wants to push out behind losing the thoroughness and scope to get the bigger scores. Perhaps he needs more strength. Good job.
