Mercy me!!!! I am a first timer and i must say this is one of the most BEAUTIFUL landscapes in all of Iran!!! i cannot imagine being able to wake up everyday and look out the window at all of God's splendor> granted all of creation is beautiful- but there is something about huge cliffs next to rolling pasture that is just extra gorgeous and photogenic-and by the time you add in sweet baby lambs, lovely hostesses and delicious food-well- who would EVER want to leave!!! The food really does look amazing- sadly i don't think i could do it justice trying to replicate it in my american kitchen...i have a feeling the fire adds a smokiness and a certain heat i wouldn't be able to achieve on my indoor stove- and it would take some serious work to duplicate the whole outdoor setup...do you have any tips for cooking the eggplant dish indoors? would you suggest stovetop, oven or combination? it just looks so good i can taste it- all of it does truly ;) wonderful selections to feature- they really got my attention for sure- but now i am starving hahaha!!! cant wait to see more and thank you so, so much for sharing with the world your lovely home and recipes

This is Iranian food, not Arabic food. Iranian food is very different from the rest of the middle east you should really try it.
It's definitely not arabic food. You should look at Aush Reshteh, its a great Persian noodle dish.
