Just a few months ago i bought the SVL 1547D2. I'm running it at 1ohm on a stetsom 3k in a box designed for the sundown sa v.2 15 series because i couldn't afford a custom enclosure at the time. Its in the trunk of my 01 buick century and it hits hard. Will move hair. I cant wait till i get the money for a custom enclosure and the amp i want. Db 7500.1d
@@AJOSUE I hear good things about the Avatar subwoofers but a $1k sub probably would be very loud. The American Bass Godfather is 80 pounds and some sites be selling it for under $450. Other sites sell it for $650. I really wish my Soundqubed subs still worked.
Love avatar subs, especially these SVL series. They are some monster subs for sure. I can speak for the Stu series but avatar under rates their subs so they handle crazy amount of power. I would recommend that 4.5 cubes because after displacement you'll have around 4 cubes so that's almost perfect amount of space. I noticed my avatar Stu did better in 4 cubes vs 3.75 so that .25 cubes made a difference..

With that kind of power put it in a 3.25cu box no bigger you'll love it
@@AJOSUE 3.25 before or after displacement? Best believe I'm going to do it.
after displacement @@Clare.1985
Nice subwoofer soon I might get a 18" 4" coil American Bass Godfather for $450!! If so I'll have to make my box thicker.
I really wanted the Deaf Bonce 3015R but it was sold out, and I couldn’t get myself to spend 1k for the 18” but yes they should slap properly

@@RyanBassForLife oh yeah that’s a good deal, and it looks beefy to, and recone them, you should be able to find a kit for it
@@AJOSUE yes I'm going to recone them but I think I'm switching to a more durable 4" coil sub.

Thanks, and that thing is stiff, stiffest subs I’ve had, the ZV6 wasn’t as stiff out the box
@@AJOSUE Nice, those dustcaps are as hard a rock too,so your gonna run a single 15 set up from now on?
@@RomaVilla 😂🤣 I have no idea, only time will tell and what I can afford
What you like better svl vs zvx subs ?
Sundown zv6 was my best setup, SVL right behind it, so imagine if I had 2.
3.5 tops and and give it balls an all with the 6k bro
