This happens in immortal too, you get a minor winstreak and immediately you are thrown into a game with 3 or 4 players who have hamster wheel instead of a working brain, you know game is lost already in a lobby.
Bro it is always this, same, I have like 4-5 win, and then out of the blue, BAM 6 losses in a row, my lane goes well, I'm playing good, nothing different....just bad teammate.
Some tips that helps me as a pos 3/4/5 player: 1. Visualize how the fights going to unfold. Sometimes i'll open with big spells, some other time i become the bait for the enemy. . 2. Always look to the backline. Since my position often doesn't require me to hit the enemy, i always try to hinder the enemy backline. Cancelling daggers, zoning enemy supp so they can't save, or immediately try to dodge incoming big spell. 3. Always prioritize the item with most impact. Some fights needs good initiation, some other fights needs good counter play. 4. Identify the lane that needed help the most. You don't need to stay in lane helping your unkillable juggernaut past minute 6. Better help your mid getting some kills or help offlane putting pressure into the enemy safe lane to not give them farming space.
The biggest thing I find is there is a large variance on the amount of people who actually want to win vs those who just want to play farming simulator. I would say that at least 80% of games on my bracket are won due to a throw where at least one person just wanted to non stop farm. So many times I’ve had wins/losses where the team with a lot more n/w just sits back when the game is over in 20 min, but then the game upends up being 45+ min and the other team caught up or the losing team just played as 5 and pushed to win after winning a 5 vs 3/4(due too people just farming non stop) fight and throne. And I find that getting on teams were your allies actually want to won or just play to lose comes and goes in spurts. I will literally go on a ten plus game winning streak of mostly if not all easy wins to a ten plus game losing streak due to mostly idiotic allies(farming simulation or just very bad skill). So I basically end up on the same spot.
U are the guy that keeps saying let's end game without taking Roshan and having no vision on enemy team jungle and flame players for farming where there is no play to make other than going blind on high ground and uber throwing
3:55 you described the average composition of my team in mm. And im the offlane feeding my ass off cuz im the only one on the map trying to destroy the ancient
Ah yesss. The fellow offlane diver. Isn't it weird that asking team to do objective but they are nowhere near? Its just us in front of T2 tower against the talking trees of full prepared enemy team waiting to ambush us defending that tower. We can tank all of opponent ult with our life, but its looks stupid if the carry of our team doesn't taking advantages following that. Since they aren't even exist in this dimension apparently, holly molly gaod damnit where are you!?!?!? I mean, enemy puck and disruptor already spent the silence yet our AM is forgetting us and busy eating whatever crayon they eat. Multiple easy team sweep by our carry are missed since they simply aren't there. Countless time we told team to not pushing HG without Aegis and better sieging their triangle, but smooth brain gets bored easily without instant stimulation and killing himself alone inside there without buyback. Farming when is should fight for objective, but brainlessly fighting when it should be farming. I feel, its easier to tell simple people to def HG and counter push and do come back. Than teaching them to write Phd dissertation on how to end a favorable early DotA game.
i can confirm since i am (anc-divine) high ancient and above is where actually good dota begins, below that the only thing happens is ppl pressing buttons and not thinking
Here's some tips I can give from getting out of ancient. 1: play all roles, this means you'll likely not get core but have a higher chance of playing with smurfs rather then against them. Some days 60% of my losses could be attributed to smurfs and this minimises it. 2. Command your team. Honestly it baffles me how some people win at all. You need to make calls. Tell sups where to place wards or do it yourself. Call for smoke ganks, rs etc. 3. Identify your win condition. Do you have a legion? Play with them out of lane and help them snowball. 4. Carry seems very team dependant, consider avoiding rn. If your team looses their lanes, you just loose. You cannot outfarm a fed enemy and lately most teams I've had cannot make space to save their life.
It kind of scares me when I play the game, I would for some reason get 7 winning streaks in a row, and after I lose some and win some, the game would then choose to give me another 7 losing streak, just to balance it out. The only reason why I somehow gained a bit more MMR for winning it back is thanks to some tokens and the new ranking evaluation, making the calculation a lot more adaptable and quicker to scale for every fight. I used to pretty much play DOTA regularly and I was crazy young back then, like back in school days. Started my journey in 2017 and stopped playing in 2023 due to health complications. This year, I decided to come back and play some more DOTA, and this is where it confuses me the most. I've had games where I thought fighting against an Ancient V or Divine would make me feel that we would lose the game, only for us to stomp the game, whereas non-calibrated players or lower ranked players just smash you to the ground even when you play your best hero. Smurfs, boosters and ACC buyers still exist in this bracket, but at least it feels somehow easier to gain MMR than relying on a fixed number of increasing or decreasing.
I started play in around 1.2k mmr, its just goes to 3k pretty fast, and stuck there untill the rank tier introduced, and then still stuck at legend for atleast a year, after reached ancient its just smooth sailing to goddamn high divine hell gate
This sucks because IF you have paired with 6 winning streak him as a Mid / Safelane before , then in your game He chose to become your Support , and you get a BAD mid lane and Safelaner.
You couldn’t be more spot on with this video. Don’t listen to these idiots who claim it’s cope.. it does ultimately come down to how well you play as a player BUT the algorithm is definitely not on your side. Every single game is a coin flip. I’m legend 5-ancient 2 and can’t get any higher.. you win 3-4 games in a row.. you better expect your next game to be a loss.. due to incompetence. It’s very rare that you have a fair neutral game. It’s always a one sided stomp.
It used to be hard for a single player to tgrow a game, they had to feed kills and destroy items, nowadays dota might be decided by a single well put, or missed spell, it's hard when the algo puts you in games where you have 2 or more players missing key spells
@@GamingBallistic I couldn’t agree more. I just wish they did something about the grief.. I’ve got maxed out behavior score and everything else.. yet I’ll still get put with people that do not care. Your account score means nothing. I just wish they implemented a better mmr system.. where they used actual stats on your game play and not just your wins/losses.
Very great video, I just have something to add to your lose streak win streak theory. There are so many factors in a dota game that affect which team has the higher win probability. I dont think that anyone, including Valve and the fact that they have all the data on this, can determine which team will win before the pick phase and even after it. Your lose streak theory would hold some meaning if you could prove that streaks of wins and loses are statistically more probable than what would normally occure and that they put you with teams like this on purpose. I remember the time when shadow bracket theory was popular, but it was just a mechanism for people to cope. You can only affect your game win probabilty by max 30%, because dota is essentialy a 5v5 game, but if you keep playing, you will most likely get to the rank you deserve.
This is legit techies mid farming the whole game then expects to be carried. And not to mention the A holes who uses hacks in rank and never gets banned!
I got a 11 winstreak at Legend 5 almost hit Ancient, then a terrifying lost streak back me to Legend 2. AFK teammates, bad behavior and so on. I unninstalled dota 2 for like two years since then.
I was hard stuck in legend until I decided to learn meta heroes and the drafting phase. Dotaplus and overwolf definitely helped to see which heroes works well with your team and against the enemy team. I hated playing meta heroes but you gotta pick heroes that have high win rate on divine and above. There are a number of mechanically strong players in high legend but they lack the mentality to close out the game when it's already won, giving the opponent the chance to comeback and win the game. Games can be won from minute 15-20 onwards in divine ranked especially when they close off your jungle and take Roshan early. If you main pos 5 or 4 it's also good to go in some unranked games as carry so that you can learn what is important for a core than use what you learn to better your support skills.
A few months ago, I had 10 or so games where my team mate abandoned the game or was afk consecutively, not even bad players or hamster wheel for a brain kinda guys...straight up left the game.
Average rank is somwhere in Archon, which is probably why many people feel stuck there. Most people dont get much further without actually putting effort in to actually improve rather than just grind games on autopilot
I get that sometimes its copium but other times; how tf is it my fault when my tiny core has no dagger and gets bursted by the enemy team because they engaged us first 😂
I spent a year to get out from guardian-crusader rank into archon, but I spent almost six years in archon, that rank is a chronic excruciating pain, what baffled me most is I only took at least one month from archon 5 to ancient 1
Once you break out of archon you will rise a whole lot. Happend for everyone i know, especially for pos 4 ond 5 players, for now you will get decent cores. As a support you wont influence the game as much after mon 25, thats just a fact. And if you spend 10-20 minutes of your high impact time supporting a PA who thinks its a good idea to built no BKB glass cannon vs lion, lina and nyx, you just wont win the match. Once you are top archon to legend your cores will be smart enough to built acvording to the match, not to just max out DPS.
I had pretty much the same experience. I reached Legend 5 after a series of wins where I dominated every match, and then the game started putting me in ridiculous games with ruiners and feeders every time. There were all kinds of troll picks, which led to a long losing streak despite continuing to dominate many games (as an offlaner).
i know how it feel. playing 2-3k mmr below me just to play with friends. and what you said was true. 2k play it different. all they know is push, war, feed and hiding in jngle will got you agressive ping. XDXD
I remember when i seriously climb ranks from archon to divine. I thought it at first it would take so long to reach it. but as you said. staying consistent, thinking about the game, the moves im making made it easier to win games. and I climbed up to divine in 6-7 months. with 12-14/20 wins every week with 4 hero rotation.
The system has to be rigged. I was winning game after game after game, climbed 500mmr. Got on a loosing streak that dropped me 300 and I started winning again up 800. It's not 50-50. The game purposefully gives you either bad or good teammates, the only way to win is to either cheat the system and be inconsistent as hell so the system doesn't know how to match you, or to be super consistent and win even despite bad odds which is obviously hard to do and at some point you'll hit your skill wall and will need to seriously improve. It's unfortunate really, I wish games just tried to match for balanced fun back and forth games. As the game is now I either win in a land slide and enemy team is fighting eachother more than us, or I lose in a land slide by getting outmatched in lane and. And Honestly most games I win I carry hard so when I lose lane it just feels like game is lost 8 times out of 10 I'd say.
I get that it is frustrating to be expected to carry bad players in your games, but if you want to rank up and be the best player in the lobby... isn't that kinda the point? The matchmaker expects you to outperform the other players in your skill group in order to promote you. Sure, there will be losing streaks, and some of them might not even be your fault, but in the long run, you should climb if you are better than the skill group you're playing in. Being "stuck" at a particular rank is a hard cope for everybody that's not good enough to rank up.
That's what I said, these games are where a player that wants to rank up should shine and push trough, they are the difference between positive MMR and negative one
Sweet spot to play I found, was Ancient 2-4. Good matches win and lose. Gets extremely toxic Ancient 5 with 1 game to go to break Divine. Good luck 🤣 Divine 1-3 is a hit or miss in Quality.
Hey friend! I agree with you wholeheartedly, but the issue isn't tied to one or two ranks specifically. The matchmaking system overall is flawed and very frustrating to get around. No matter your skill bracket, you WILL find griefers. That's just the sad reality. I have never ONCE in my many years of playing this game - destroy any of my items, fed on purpose, or just been annoying to my teammates, yet matchmaking still pairs me with these players (11K behavior score, in case anyone was curious). So what do you do? You can either put your big red nose and rainbow wig on and join the circus playing Khanda Sniper, or you have to mentally shut down and drone, basically treating this game as a second job. Neither alternative is ideal, in my opinion. I would say it would be great if we could make our voices heard by Valve and in the best case scenario, they actually listen and implement certain changes. But as it stands: DotA 2 is not in the healthiest space right now.
@Mayhamsdead hey man! Once again, thank you for watching and commenting. Which servers do you play on, I haven't seen actual ranked griefers in a while, do you want to play together sometime?
@@GamingBallistic I'd say over 90% of my matches are on EU West. When I solo queue, I specifically only chose EU West (the farther away from Russia, the better - no offense intended). When I party queue, I generally discuss the topic and we come to an agreement. Basically, it can be any region, as long as I know beforehand and I don't have +200 ping on said region. TL;DR: No worries man, I'd love to see your channel grow and yes - I'm down to play with you :)
the problem is that many players thinks they are lower than then deserve and feels cheated while in the reality thay are in the place where they belong, its ok to be bad, but ist not ok to be deluzional and thinking that your divine player when playing in archon
When I play carry, our supports just take last hit timing, doesn't pull, doesn't atk the enemy, doesn't ward/deward, flames the game and blames their teammates. So if I play support then those problem is solved and it's easy to win mmr atleast this is what I learned while playing on archon rank.
DOTA 2 is not just balancing heroes or items, they also balance players. players who are getting above 50% winrate would likely be partnered with less than 50% winrate players and vice versa. If you check an average dota player you can see almost half of their total matches is their games won. so basically Dota 2's matchmaking system isn't skill based
Your statement is so low IQ, of course everyone tends to get close to 50% winrate the more they play, because the matchmaking tries to put them with people of the same skill level. So over an infinity of games, everyone will be between 49 to 51%, except the very best and very worst players because the matchmaking is unable to balance around them. That being said, if you keep improving you can keep a positive winrate (i have 54% over ~3500 games) until you hit a plateau. If you feel stuck at a certain rank, it's because you're not good enough to win more than you lose. It doesnt apply on a small number of games, because streaks happen randomly, but over a large number of games, if you're good you will climb.
divine 3. a massive problem with ancient that i remember, and even this bracket (divine) is that account buyers are more common, and its insanely obvious within the first minute or so of laning if one is in the lobby. its comical how crusaders/archons/legends buy accounts in ancient and divine thinking that their team is holding them back in their real bracket, only for them to get absolutely dumpster'd up here. i started to notice it in ancient bracket, choices and movements the suspected acc buyer would make, just didnt make sense and often led to them feeding or simply griefing the game, then it's still a thing in divine, where im at now. acc buyers from the dogshit crusader/archon bracket thinking they 'belong' in 4/5k should be ripped from their bed at 3am, drug out into the street, and shot. my problem isnt with lesser skilled players, its with delusional players thinking they belong in a bracket 5x their mmr, then ruin the game for the other 9 of us who have more than a double digit IQ.
Absolutely, I feel you. Ancient 5 here. I've learned a lot and started to care more about the important things. I actually went from Legend to Ancient 4 in just a week, and I can really feel the difference. People are way more coordinated, they care about their MMR, and they do their best. But the amount of account buyers and boosted players drives me crazy. Legend rank is around 3.5k and doesn't sound like a lot, so it's not as desirable to get boosted, I guess. Here, you see decent players, but they're just barely not good enough to have higher MMR. At Ancient rank and above, it's 4k+, so people actually want this rank and purchase accounts or boosters. You can really see that this particular player is way worse than what you saw in Legend, not to mention ancients or other divine. And as you said, they're delusional. They turn on their voice chat, start blaming others, and write things like "1v9" in the chat. In reality, if they're a support, all 4/10 wards are still available in the shop. If they're a carry (especially Lifestealer, since it's now very popular), you can see their creep score is barely 90-100 at minute 20, while their score is like 1/7/2 or worse Never seen such a combination of very skilled and braindead people at the same time lol
Its pretty sad that inngame base on communicating with teammates bedt advice you ca give someone who want to win more is mute everyone else... This shows how dota 2 and community is in wrong place and i cant agree more with this video. Unless matchmaking is purly based on behavior score>mmr>hours played we will not progress as community and we stay in this toxic state with we have now.
To be honest, people from Archon and Legend are living their peacefull life usually they did not bother doing ranked i know some of my friends like that, they just playing normal all pick, Ability draft, Arcade, or even Single Draft they are the peak of Dota2 Enjoyer , they didnt bother going to get higher rank Higher rank doesnt mean anything if you not aiming became pro player stuck is not the good word you use its easier climb in Archon and legends from my sight because my main acc was Divine , its so hard to play with my friends which is new player so i make an account like 4 times to play with them, and all of them now are either ancient or divine and now my friends suffering, because he stuck in the bracket he did not belong
But its the algorighms to beat smurfs 75% or more winrate is surely isnt a player in the current rank. Just give him a bunch of low winrate to either carry them, or correcting his win rate. If he cant 1v9, then it is his true rank. If he still can 1v9, then lower his MMR confidence to get lifted to his real rank with fewest match as possible.
@@GamingBallistic Because you take for granted that wins are because of your ability and that you don't get the same bad quality teammates as opponents. It's a biased view.
TRUE STORY: I connected for a Sunday session and got a "10 games in a row" losing streak. It was griefer after griefer, unwinnable games. Total despair...I then proceeded to uninstall DOTA as my mental health was at risk. Well, after a month i re-installed the game. When I started the 1st session after the break, Valve blessed me with some of the most educated, positive and skilled team-mates I´ve ever had in every match i played. I´m in a 80% winrate streak. I´ve scaled more than 1.000 MMR in a couple of weeks. So the system is obviously rigged. Valve algorithm basically decided "Let´s not break this man balls for a period of time, or he will uninstall the game again or maybe forever"
Yeah I feel that one, as soon as I find my self not climbing or getting tilted/out of it teammates I take a week break. Every time I come back I have a TI stack on my team for like the next 20 games
I've noticed this. I can also see that it absolutely can detect alt accounts and sends them at you when you're winning. Like ok get good, but I can't stop my team from being hook bait for the pudge with 265 wins but landing everything and can game sense where anyone is with or without vision. fucker alone took 60 from me today.
This is why you should stop playing after 3 win streak The alogaritm know This is why you should stop playing after 3 lose streak, especially in 3 am in the morning, your mind is exhausted. Your teammate's is exhausted, you will start blamming each other, and throwing Remember the rule of 3 The save streak, is not having a streak 😂
Man, I just quit, dota hates me. I had pos 5 SF, next game sniper stuck on mid, never help top or bot lane, had wd mid lastpick against 3 stunners, carry AA, had even carrying game as ursa, 10\0 and my team called me smurf, useless and leaved me alone for the rest of the game, while I was tp to help top, even mid several times as carry, like wtf with dota. I just given up, like no matter what I do my team suck anyway. I even tryed to abuse the system and played several games with worst networth, never touching creeps, pushing wrong buttons, having noob build, and guess what - -400 mmr, if I don't play I never get a good player to win the game, 20 minutes throne gone. Valve have broke the matchmaking system.
Jerry Cañedo from Philippines General Santos City. Looking at you bro "support" but build carry items and plays carry heroes without understanding them moderately then still wonders why you're still in herald for 8 fooking years
Unless your behavior shore is below 7k, this is pure cope. After not playing for 4 years, I went back to Immortal on a legend 5 account in 3 months. By the way, when I quit dota 4 years ago, I decided to sell my account to a guy who was saying the same things about 50% system and Gaben agents. 5650 MMR and 10k behavior score. He went straight back legend in 1.5 months
Kek, hard cope m8. Cameback in dota after 3 years was calibrated archon 2, after getting the hang of it again climbed to ancient5/divine1 with over 70% winrate, it started dropping once i reached my old mmr.
This is exacly what i think and my friends called me conspiracy theorist xD Went from low guardian to legend recently. What i try to do is after a losing streak in which i know i played well and there was a big team diff, i just start using double down tokens every game
Bro.....😂If you wait longer than 20min searching for a match. There is like a 30% chance there is a player that never talks. I think sometimes there is a bot fill in. The Computers are much much much more smarter than whats avaliable for you to see or use as a practice match. Im sure there is an AI bot sometimes. Plus doesnt matter what You play Ranked or Unranked the comunity its the same level of toxic all across. I got 5000hours unfortunate. I switched to Eye candy games I dont wanna waste my Brand new GPU or Water cooler Life on this game. Plus dota ruined my very expensive Plasma TV long a go with a burn. 😂 Im 100% there are bots in some of the matches. So i went back for the Solo Offline gameplay of eye candy games. 😂
idk mate, the boosters manage to make it profitable for a low cost to go through those ranks. Also, Grubby did manage to reach Immortal from Herald in a year or less... I agree that there are algo things & all... But skills (& probably reducing the algorithm thing by playing with good friends) is still important.
@@whitchellegera291 Nope, they are stacking multiple boosters, they are leaving when the games get a lil tough, they are using cheats and hacks the scum of earth. Also, yes, they are better, why else would they be boosting.
I think archon is actual hell. People don't know what they are doing or how to put pressure in the map. No matter how good you are, in archon you can never win matches it's totally luck or you have to do 1v5. First time when I got out of archon it was I don't know may be combination of luck and good decision makings. I spammed axe and bb. It was way back in 2019. Then I stopped playing for almost 3 years. Started playing again in last year and I was dropped down to 2.1 k from 3.7 k. Crusader rank was tough but I would say you can still get out of crusader by playing smart and learning. But when I reached archon again mfg these winy ass bitch ass mfs blames everything but their plays. They actually doesn't even know what they are doing in lane, what they are doing in mid game or in team fight. Almost every game goes past 40 mins. They don't know how to even put pressure in the map by pushing lanes. If opponents smoke they will die 100% times. Moreover their map movement is sour to your eyes. I was totally in despair mode in archon this time. No matter how good you play your teammates will always find a way to drag you down. But one time I thought why not try to end the game early alone so that I don't need to suffer this idiocy. Then I started spamming Lycan with more than 80% win rate and got out of the archon bracket. Most importantly I could control the game with this hero and ended the game within 20-28 mins.
Stop the copium bro, either you are good to enough to climb the ranks or you stay where you are. I'll give you an example, I stopped playing dota in mid 2020, I was Ancient IV or V (~4.4k mmr) at that time, near to the end of 2021 I came back and to my surprise I was dogshit, it took me more than 30 games to recalibrate and I got Archon 3 (2.8k mmr I think). After getting used to the patches I missed it took me only 3 weeks to reach Ancient and after 3 months I reached Divine playing 1 or 2 games a day. I stopped playing again due to work and came back mid 2023, got stuck for a while in Divine 3 to 5 and now I've reached immortal (5.6k mmr) two days after getting Divine V. TL;DR: Sure, sometimes you will get hard games and easy games but you will rarely get unwinnable games, I'm talking abt griefers and feeders here that actively throwing, in the end it all depends on you not on your teammates.
Of course climbing from legend is harder than climbing from archon. The higher the rank you get, the harder it gets. You had a hard time climbing legend because it's near your peak skill level. I can win in legend with my eyes closed. Stop theorizing, it's you. IT'S YOU.
Sure sure, with your 'eyes closed', i m not legend but the Dota 2 player base mostly is, and it is because of a reason, so I explored that reason here.
But ultimately, you are correct, it is up to you, which I say in the video, but you have to admit that you need to be very lucky to only be given favorable or neutral games.
Since the update with the confidence bullshit, legend is unplayable. I tried it on my smurf, and dear god, it's a fucking cesspool. I would hate to be the guy trying to get out of legend.
@@dep7910when teammates get toxic I simply start a toxicity competition and since I am of a mindset that saying anything on the internet is fair game I at least win in that manner. After having a bunch of winstreak dota gave me double mmr to climb higher so I wont be bullying those crusadogs and archons. I climb easily to divine in a week.
This is 100% incorrect, and just a delusion. The more you win, the more demented teammates you get. At some point support items don't even exist anymore. Your teammates will just rush blinks or eth lens w/o any consideration. The team with the force staffs/glimmers almost always wins.

As a guy who's stuck in legend with a 7 loss streak with only unwinnable games today i needed this 😅
you are not alone my man :D
Bro do you really think that 7 loss streak matches my 30loss streak double down?
i can confirm since i am (anc-divine) high ancient and above is where actually good dota begins, below that the only thing happens is ppl pressing buttons and not thinking
Extremely high quality dota video.
I agree with everything you said, except the lion carry part.
Thank you so much, i appreciate it, also you're dead to me :D
The more you win, the more vegetable teammates dota gives you.
Extremely good video my friend.
Thank you so much!
That sucks man...
That is just unfortunate, I haven't had a leaver in a loong time, griefers yes, but not leavers.
Average rank is somwhere in Archon, which is probably why many people feel stuck there. Most people dont get much further without actually putting effort in to actually improve rather than just grind games on autopilot
I get that sometimes its copium but other times; how tf is it my fault when my tiny core has no dagger and gets bursted by the enemy team because they engaged us first 😂
Every time I'm about to rank up, my lose streak goes like 5-6.
I'm glad to see you uploading new videos and trying stuff! BG pride!
This just feels completely random, no matter how good or bad you play, win or lose it's just a random event
i know how it feel. playing 2-3k mmr below me just to play with friends. and what you said was true. 2k play it different. all they know is push, war, feed and hiding in jngle will got you agressive ping. XDXD
your skills keep you there
That dont pick lion carry made me subscribe
I remember when i seriously climb ranks from archon to divine. I thought it at first it would take so long to reach it.
but as you said. staying consistent, thinking about the game, the moves im making made it easier to win games. and I climbed up to divine in 6-7 months. with 12-14/20 wins every week with 4 hero rotation.
Damn bro, you are the man!
U are 100 percent right.
That's what I said, these games are where a player that wants to rank up should shine and push trough, they are the difference between positive MMR and negative one
archon is the true elo hell, spent months there and after i finally broke out i got to divine in a matter of weeks
People watching this video from Herald pit
Sweet spot to play I found, was Ancient 2-4. Good matches win and lose. Gets extremely toxic Ancient 5 with 1 game to go to break Divine. Good luck 🤣
Divine 1-3 is a hit or miss in Quality.
Funny video, now i can use it to cope 😂😂
Basically, it can be any region, as long as I know beforehand and I don't have +200 ping on said region.

the problem is that many players thinks they are lower than then deserve and feels cheated while in the reality thay are in the place where they belong, its ok to be bad, but ist not ok to be deluzional and thinking that your divine player when playing in archon
When I play carry, our supports just take last hit timing, doesn't pull, doesn't atk the enemy, doesn't ward/deward, flames the game and blames their teammates. So if I play support then those problem is solved and it's easy to win mmr atleast this is what I learned while playing on archon rank.
this reminds me of the call of duty system. its literally how you explained it. was hoping its not like that even when it feels it is
dota traps me in crusader
i felt i have experienced what you are saying ! thanks for the video
Thank you for watching!
It doesnt apply on a small number of games, because streaks happen randomly, but over a large number of games, if you're good you will climb.
i started playing since launch but only had 2000 games played. was stuck legend but the new recalibration gave me +2k on my MMR. now i'm divine.
Funny stuff.
Yeh some losses are inevitable.
Love and blessings!
Ancients also dump
This speaks to the heart, add me bro.
Nice video, great editing, very underrated
Thank you so much!
In my experience, lower mmr players focus way too much on micro and mechanical aspects of the game. Micros win the lane but macros win the game.
just don't blame teammates.... blame yourself bcz that game was yours
divine 3. a massive problem with ancient that i remember, and even this bracket (divine) is that account buyers are more common, and its insanely obvious within the first minute or so of laning if one is in the lobby. its comical how crusaders/archons/legends buy accounts in ancient and divine thinking that their team is holding them back in their real bracket, only for them to get absolutely dumpster'd up here. i started to notice it in ancient bracket, choices and movements the suspected acc buyer would make, just didnt make sense and often led to them feeding or simply griefing the game, then it's still a thing in divine, where im at now. acc buyers from the dogshit crusader/archon bracket thinking they 'belong' in 4/5k should be ripped from their bed at 3am, drug out into the street, and shot. my problem isnt with lesser skilled players, its with delusional players thinking they belong in a bracket 5x their mmr, then ruin the game for the other 9 of us who have more than a double digit IQ.
If they're a carry (especially Lifestealer, since it's now very popular), you can see their creep score is barely 90-100 at minute 20, while their score is like 1/7/2 or worse
Never seen such a combination of very skilled and braindead people at the same time lol
Very good video quality
Thank you!
To be honest, people from Archon and Legend are living their peacefull life
usually they did not bother doing ranked
i know some of my friends like that, they just playing normal all pick, Ability draft, Arcade, or even Single Draft
they are the peak of Dota2 Enjoyer , they didnt bother going to get higher rank
Higher rank doesnt mean anything if you not aiming became pro player
stuck is not the good word you use
its easier climb in Archon and legends from my sight
because my main acc was Divine , its so hard to play with my friends which is new player
so i make an account like 4 times to play with them, and all of them now are either ancient or divine
and now my friends suffering, because he stuck in the bracket he did not belong
Brb I'm going to throw 20 games in normal...
i am ancient 4 and boosted my brother account to legend 4 lol
somehow i find them so easy even tho the mmr gap is just 800 or sm
Good tips but the 'forced 50' and 'the system picks people to promote' ideas are straight delusional cope.
But its the algorighms to beat smurfs
75% or more winrate is surely isnt a player in the current rank. Just give him a bunch of low winrate to either carry them, or correcting his win rate.
If he cant 1v9, then it is his true rank. If he still can 1v9, then lower his MMR confidence to get lifted to his real rank with fewest match as possible.
This would make sense... If you analyzed the other side in the games YOU win.
Maybe i don't understand you friend, I think analyzing my losses is much more valuable.
@@GamingBallistic Because you take for granted that wins are because of your ability and that you don't get the same bad quality teammates as opponents. It's a biased view.
@@tranquerotypical Dota mentality. I win coz I'm the God, I lose only because I get bad teammates

I just given up, like no matter what I do my team suck anyway. I even tryed to abuse the system and played several games with worst networth, never touching creeps, pushing wrong buttons, having noob build, and guess what - -400 mmr, if I don't play I never get a good player to win the game, 20 minutes throne gone. idk mate, the boosters manage to make it profitable for a low cost to go through those ranks.
