    I've had my two strand twists since early June and I was trying to make them lock up but it's not locking so I think I'm gonna take them out too! You got me excited though because you got length once you took them out! 🙌🏽🤣

    • @Justtasia
      @Justtasia  2 года назад +1

      Yes I was super shocked about the length. Of course the curls lasted a few days but I’m glade I took it down because they were beginning to marry. 😅

    Hey girl ! I’m Laquisha from Boston, Ma. I started my locs Dec 28, 2022 with two strand twist starters. I’m so excited for my journey. Wednesday will make three weeks I have two barrel twists I can’t wait to relieve my locs my head is beginning to itch like crazyyyyy. But like you said everybody do be like “ leave your hair alone let it do what it do” 😅. But some of are starting to bud already I can feel it through the barrels twist. But love your energy!!!!

    Hey sis! Tfs....I'm Shantay from DC, live in MD. In 2 days, I'll be 10 mos locd in. Started with 2 strands and I'm super frizzy. I'm looking at you tryina get a sneak of what mine may look like soon. My ends are still loose smh, but I'm in this for life

      Hey Shantay! Congrats to approaching a year! Generally people will comb them out before a year, so continue trusting the process. My ends started off loose as well, so I just began palm rolling them. I’m with you on the lifetime…I love how low maintenance they are.

    Hello Tasia!! Amberr here from GA! I am THINKING about starting my loc journey, but I'm super nervous. Any tips for your girl?

    • @Justtasia
      @Justtasia  2 года назад +1

      Hey Amberr, don't be nervous just go for it,
      but depending on your hair type you either
      can start with comb coils or two strand
      twist. Make sure you research the person
      work before starting your foundation it's
      very important on how you want your grid
      to look. I have fine, low density hair so I
      preferred my locs to be full. Over time they
      do become thicker.

    Hey, been watching your vids lately, definitely enjoying them. From Fort. Lauderdale Florida, 3 months in 😩. Have you done a loc count video? If not, how many do you have or will you make a video 🙂 ? I have fine, super fine hair so I’m hoping my decision is the right one because honey lol.

    • @Justtasia

      @@Justtasia what's the point of a retwist if u cant even sweat without it starting to unravel or not being able to wash it why don't people just get crochet retwists so it actually stays.
