Hello Sir, Thanks for wonderful session. Would like to know, if witness has given unfavorable statement against his own Affidavit for Civil case and later realized that he/she made mistake now what are the reason to be mentioned for Hostile application which court can consider positive and allow for hostile witness re examine. Kindly suggest..
