Pretty sure hes probably just too busy. When tj first got the supra and started modding it Jordan was the first person to come down & help him get it tuned right.
Why not just go with a dedicated electronic boost controller? Seems the logical route to go. Cheaper than a re-flash, easier interface, and reversible which a jailbreak I suppose is not.
@@johnnykwon8173 because you gotta get the fueling right, the trans tune right and the timing right if you want the most out of the setup. He could run it like it is on wastegate but it is risky...to get his "money's worth" from that setup it needs a tune.

I wish it had a Targa Top like the original mark 4. And it definitely needs a manual trans. There is no replacement for displacement you can always make the engine faster. But you can never replace the feel of that manual trans

I think videos (and builds) like this pretty much shut down the argument that the Mk5 isn't a worthy successor. It's not a 3JZ but the car looks and drives like the heir to the MK4.
