- Dave enters the feeder masters qualifier at JCB Lakes.
The Feeder Masters is a series of 20 ‘one off’ qualifiers, culminating in a two day big money final. Each qualifier will be limited to 60 anglers, allowing the match to be split into three 20 peg zones. With the winner of each zone qualifying for the final. Win your 20 pegs and you're one step closer to big money!
Dave draws peg 33 on the south Lake - lets see how he gets on..

What a fishing match it was great glad you won a section and great tench, my husband loves catching bream he pleasure fished last week had 13 bream and 2 carp at our local lake. Have great week. 😊

Well done dave 👏 on a well earned section win on a rare natural venue and probably hardest area on that lake.Probably deserved ( without taking credit from winner) to win lake from that performance in that hard part of the lake but at least you got an envelope for your troubles! Best i've seen you fish for while there Dave ... crappy peg draw but you got the best out of it, shame you couldn't get them feeding in your swim a bit quicker, but it what it is. I've been checking out some canal stretches with the soft plastics and lures and its been a massive spawning fest over the last week or so i was lucky to get anything tbh .. nice walk and casting practice though ... oh ... and a good snap box. Tell Alan to give you that clicker back he can count his poundage on his fingers .. he might have to take a sock off on really good day 🤣👍👍👍

Nice "Mixed" bag Dave, reminds me of when I hooked a duck, bloody thing were in the air most of the time and I was just getting the net ready when all it's mates jumped on it, the line broke, and they all swam off as if nothing had happened, didn't catch after that !!! Just a heads up looks like RUclips are unsubscribing again, I nearly missed this video and came across it by luck, and have had to subscribe again. Cheers.

Watch all of your videos, and that was by far my favourite, fishing is definitely more enjoyable when you've gotta work hard for a result, gutted you never got your zone, but still a cracking effort from what looked like a dead section, well done mate, and a few pennies to take home.

Why do they put those pegs in? Must be loads of room elsewhere on the lake, it's a big old lake
You can only fish 1 bank on the lake as the other half is a part of the golfcourse...the pegs in the 30s are decent pegs but normally abit later in the year as they are not quite as deep as the other end.
dave that was not a walk. when we fished the winter league in east sussex on the wallers 12 teams of 12 all with a fishing reserve 156 pegs. a long walk for end pegs over fences and styles, no barrows or wheels all umpin . only good thing was end pegs were bast,
Yeah I did the same fishing on the Trent for year walking miles thing is though we didn’t have that much tackle back then 👍😎

Ever thought of shooting a horror flick attack of the birds what with a duck then a couple of crayfish attacking the hookbait then came the chilling vision of the swans making a comeback to your right after a slow start you hit your stride i reckon 2 more bream you would of won the zone that tench looked to be about 5lb too better luck next time
