During the game, Kobe asked technical questions to MJ and he answered him directly. MJ even invited Kobe to give him a call anytime he has questions. This footage is really nice. Leading towards the '98 All Star game, MJ in a sense knew already who will be his heir apparent. He talked about the kid "Kobe" who's gonna 1-on-1 with anybody. During the game, Kobe asked technical questions to MJ and he answered him directly. MJ even invited Kobe to give him a call anytime he has questions. This footage is really nice. The literal passing of the torch from one apex assassin to another.
