      Hello Ronald, do you mean that you cannot connect your DVR to the WiFi?
      Please make sure that you use the Ethernet cable to connect the router and the DVR. This is the Wired system, not the wireless one.

    Beware that Joan don't take responsibility on firmware upgrade issues!! In my case the camera stopped working after the firmware update.

      @@hongkongjooangrouplimited3473 yes I still have a problem with this I am not satisfied if there is anything I can do as far as my warranty I would appreciate it because this was a very bad idea and it is too difficult to put up and get it running very frustrated very frustrated I had spoke to someone a couple of weeks ago and didn't nothing get accomplished
