@@temari105 I love "You Will Be Found"(and Dear Evan Hansen in general), but am I the only one who wishes they'd found a way to keep both songs? It's always bothered me how the true tragedy of Connor's death gets glossed over. ( I know that's kind of the point of the story, but still.) "You Will Be Found" is lovely and inspiring, but this song rings true in showing how a suicide impacts survivors, and I appreciate how it genuinely mourns Connor.
yeah, i think in the album this song is INCREDIBLE and personally i prefer it to You Will Be Found. But on stage this song would knock you flat over the head haha. By having a more uplifting song...it throws the story on a less stormy gloomy path?? if that made sense
@@appletree6898 there was a song called “Little Bit of Light” that highlights Connor’s death and mentions how he died. Also: the “Bedroom Down The Hall” kinda shows more of Connor’s struggle through Cynthia again.
Cynthia sounded.... off? I feel like Michael park and whoever is playing cynthia were off key or something? Dont get me wrong i love them to death but they sound tired or something.
Mic quality. Also they save their energy for performances later in the day. Most versions outside of the theater don’t typically sound as good, the theater is meant for them to go all out in their singing and is intense and so they have to be careful
you arent wrong cynthia was actually dreadful here like missed nearly every note. the reason it makes michael park sound terrible is he is trying to harmonize with her and she is just flat as can be
Seems Like something was up with the Cynthia on this day, you can see Michael Park comforting her/hugging her during the song. Actors have bad days too. :)
Spectacular clips. Thank for you archiving these for me -- tonight -- and the the world tomorrow. Such enjoyment. Best to the poster and this cast of Dear Evan Hansen.
I love this song and you will be found but the play def would have been much more intense with this song and not having u will be found in it. I mean the theater was already crying during act 1 and act 2
Who are the singers at the far right of the stage? I recognize Diamond, but the online cast list still lists Olivia Puckett and Asa Somers as standbys?
Why is nobody commenting about the fact that Mallory sounds so good in these videos???
Mallory sounds so good in these videos .-)
I love that Taylor hardly has any parts in the chorus bits and he’s just standing there vibing. Honestly same
Just noticed and that even tells a story from Evan's perspective
Alex has ONE solo line abs they camera wasn’t focused on him!
This song never fails to make me sob. As much as I love you will be found I think this one has a lot more of an impact.
i love that gabi and sky are standing next to each other awwww
So this song was basically replaced by "You Will be Found"?
yeah... they wanted something more hopeful

Michael Park was singing one octave higher than he should at 1:44, that sounded pretty off...

Yeah she was completely off

MLB's groove at 3:37 is such a mood lol
I love Mallory’s voice.
Please tell me they did In the Bedroom Down the Hall?? That’s my favourite song and I can’t believe they cut it
SAME. I mean, after watching the annotated libretto I get why they cut it... but I'll never be over it.
home girl at :54 ?!?! What happened did she not find her pitch, does she not know the song? woof haha
I'm sorry but this comment made me nearly cackle at work lmao. I had to jump to that section and ooof
This is so beautiful, oh my gosh!
no shade at all but for once the recording is better
I guess they had a show later that night so they saved their voices
also our beautiful cynthia was off.
Omg! This just blessed me 😩
the audience is so unphased LMAO
I like the other version of this song...

Dan Macke, I think. You can see all current cast in their official website. dearevanhansen.com/cast-and-creative/#broadway
