He also really only uses Charizard at the kill percents (he usually uses Squirtle,) so you're only gonna see him use Charizard's kill options
Tweek is Nr2, I know some peeps are claiming Samsorra. But I'll tell you why not. Tweek can bring Leo to game 5 with at least 3 characters. PT-Warrio-Wolf and probably others. Sam only ever plays peach, and still doesn't often beat leo that puts a lot of time in other characters regularly. And peach is and has been S tier since forever and is in my opinion superior in the joker matchups. However tweek doesn't even need an S tier.
