- How did Kevin Hart ruin his life by talking to Jay-Z? Kevin Hart has been friends with the rapper for years and he said he saw Jay-Z and Beyonce at a club in New York City and went over to say hello. Jay-Z told Kevin to have a drink with him at his table and what happened next almost ruined Kevin’s life. Kevin moved his arm to point at the drink menu and in the process hit a container of pineapple juice. The container tipped over and poured all over Jay-Z’s lap. But instead of stopping the spilling, Kevin sat frozen in disbelief. Then things took a turn for the worst when Beyonce started complaining and said her feet were wet from the juice. Jay-Z yelled at Kevin for spilling juice on his wife but Kevin tried to play it cool. Kevin moved the container upright and got up from the table to leave. But what he did next made Jay-Z even more mad, Kevin slid a $20 bill in Jay-Z’s hand instead of cleaning up the mess and Jay-Z told Kevin he was the cheapest man he knew.
