Nostalgia!!! You are the real real food blogger. I can't express my gratitude for documenting rare recipes from Marathwada. I born near Latur. We always had Yesvar with besan vadi in Pitra bhojan (shraddh). I used to hate it because of specific taste. But I grown up eating rest of the India food, international food for years and suddenly missed and remembered this Yesvar. So now my fridge has yesvar mix in Kilos and I keep adding it in many curries and cherish my childhood time! But not everyone can do authentic Yesvar! This aaji can!
Very nice video..u r so lucky that u meet different ppl from different regions with their unique recipe skills...you remember there was one snack shop on laxmi rd opposite to Hujurpaga high school, where we get, idli, kokam sarbat, punjabi rolls...Ganu Shinde ice cream so nice..
