Tiered Tray Collection and a Light Up Card

- Sharing a super fun new collection from @spellbinders designed by @InkingIdaho, It's the Tiered Tray collection. I am going to use both die sets and the stamp set from this collection to create a 5" x 7" card that has a light up element from @PearBlossomPress .
