Actually, try this before you disassemble the whole thing. This works like a charm in many cases although you have to repeatedly do it again from time to time.
Thanks! Just fixed my Zero!! Super easy to take apart and put back. I was able to reposition the sensor, cleanup the juice and get it back together. Really happy I don’t have to replace.
Took the vape apart. My pressure sensor didn't have liquid in it, but when I put it back together it stopped flashing and started working. The side panels were really hard to get off. Scratched them up a lot in the process. I had to break the charging port to pop it out though. I had to use a LOT of pressure. Didn't really care though because I don't use it anymore but found a burnt pod laying around and thought I'd try it. Anyway, this worked.
Thank you! Ive been using this device for 2 years. I had one that lasted me the whole time so it was looking rough and decided to get a new one. I was surprised that after the first one which was so reliable and durable, the new one stopped working (exactly as you describe) within a month :(
I take it as that you successfully fixed your broken device? In Korea we call these types of devices CSV(Closed System Vaporizer) and they are just too fragile. I've got 3 Vaporesso Zeros now and each of them works slightly diffrently :( The amount of smoke, the inhaling pressure, and tastes are all different depending on the device and the pods. I've recently found a manufacturer in China that produces air-flow sensors and asked them for some samples. I'll shoot a video if I can get the malfunctioning sensor replaced and get the device to work again.
@@jthesupreme Yes, my second device is now working thanks to your explanation of how the system worked. I had expected the device to work the same as my other one, however as you point out, theyre slightly different - have their own personalities, haha. The pods seem to be hit or miss. Seems im getting a lot of duds lately, where even though I prime them properly, they taste burnt on the first hit
@@jthesupreme @Loot Boot Did you manage to replace the sensor? My cleaning works very badly, I would like to buy a new one to make the exchange but I can't find it for sale
@@Moonlewp sadly their replacement pods still taste burnt the first several hits even after letting them soak 24hrs. But I can deal with it I guess. Which is weird though when I first bought my zero I loaded it up and didn't wait to prime it and no burnt tast. My next new pod I'm going to see what it taste like without priming it. Bu nonetheless I like these vapes
Thanks a lot brother! You have no idea how much you have helped my, I have 5 damaged devices, opened them all up and cleaned them up using your method and now they all are working fine. I knew there was a problem with the air ducts and the pressure sensor being clogged by liquid, I didn't know how to open up and clean them, but thanks to you it's all fixed. Thanks again.
You must have really liked this device if you have 5 of them lol. V thru Pro might be a better shot next time. Thank you for watching my video! Glad it helped you out :)
I got a used one today. I was using it and on half way it started blinking, i suspected on the liqid in sensor because the device came to me with ton of liqid under the pod. I hope this will work.
@@jthesupreme no, I had to buy new ones because I had no other option, device after device kept failing. Now the zero is completely non usable, even the new ones that I buy don't work well.
This was super useful, thank you! I have a hard-to-find design that looks iridescent and the finish feels smoother than the other models I've had--I love it. I used a non-mesh pod with the wrong liquid and wrecked it, glad I didn't toss it out. 👍
I tried everything in this video and it still didn't work so I threw it against a tree as hard as I could about 12 times and that fixed it. Only do this method if you're at a last resort phase of trying to fix this thing.
Thank you very much, I didn't had to open, just sucked with my mouth, without the pod, with it off. A water came out of the hole and I cleaned it, it started working again.
thanks a lot for the effort making this video Sir! But Guys if you’ve had to come to this video then it’s just a good time to buy a spare vape and let the old one sit upside down for a day to dry out.
Thanks for your interests in my video. I am a total newbie in this field and I do not know much about the wiring or circuit. I just happened to have a problem with my Zero pod and found a way to fix this. I am sorry that I can't really 'help out' the people that weren't very successful with my video. There are many options that can substitute Vaporesso Zero now, and if you are indeed looking for a better option, I strongly recommend Voopoo V Thru Pro. This solved most of the problems that Zero has and is much better than Zero in performance, safety, display etc. For people eager to fix your Zero no matter what it costs, here are some tips. If the red light is blinking three times, it means the battery is low or the battery is short-circuited. If the liquids in the pod stayed there for too long and it short-circuited the pod for a long time, the battery might as well be dead and you can sometimes dianose it by checking out if the battery has been swollen. If so, it's time to let go of the device and get a new one, unless you figure out a way to replace the battery with a new one that's compatible in both sizes and discharge rate. (Remember that these e-cigrattes require a very high discharge rate of the battery, meaning if you replace it with batteries that do not meet those requirements, it can lead to explosion.) If the led light is blinking three times in different colors, it means that the two out of three wires in the sensor is short-circuited. In this case, if you can't manage to solve the situation with my video, you can replace the whole sensor with some compatible ones, which I managed to do so with mine. However, those sensors are not very popular in markets and can only be purchased through suppliers that produces those. Considering the shipping fee and time needed, it is much better to just throw away the device and get a new one. In my opinion, vaporesso zero is not that suitable for long time use because its structure itself is 'made' to jeopardize the system because no matter what you do, these vaporized e-liquids will eventually go into the system and create problems.
Man. You fixed my device… it didn’t have visible liquid. But I’m assuming liquid seeped into the holes underneath. Though the little black circle wasn’t off my sensor. I took it off, and I ran a blow drier in it for a few and it started blinking and then was working!
I'm getting that green flashing light, but it's because 1 of my copper pins is stuck down and not making contact with the pod the way it should. Do you think this is something that would require disassembling the whole unit to push the pin back up?
Its effortless. i disassembled the whole thing just so I can push the pin from down below and it still wouldn’t budge. It just won’t go up. If anything I made it worse by disattaching the wire that is connected to the pin. 💀😭
I'm unable to fix my Zero ☹️ its wires are connected and mic sensor is dry but still it isn't hitting. when i suck from pod the green light blinks thrice.
Sir good morning I have a question with you what is the problem of my pod it's still blinking every use and not working ....my pod is vaporesso podstick thanks for your help

thanks about your video you didn't know i was suffring for replacment this Shit Sensor after all 3 months i hav an idea you can Dispensing this sensor and use the buttom instead of sensor
yo can you help me out more I got the renova zero a week ago, and it turn on, turns off and occasionally hits well but it does not always pull, and sometimes the light starts flashing when pulling. Also when it does hit i take my mouth away and it continues to make a crackling sounds like the coil has not stopped hitting.
That's exactly what happens when e-liquids go into the system and makes the sensor short-circuited. I fixed the problem by doing what I did in my video.
side panels are attached to the main body by adhesive tape and it is hard to get it off unless you have something really picky to shovel inside that thin panel. One way of weakening the adhesive tape is by using hair dryer and heating it up, but the device is too small and it will heat up the entire thing which can be dangerous.
Hey, I tried everything you said in the video and even put it back perfectly! My device was hardly wet with the liquid but it’s still not working :( The light keeps flashing I’m sick idk what to do now! Any other tips?
I was able to fix it by just taking the pod off, putting my mouth on it and sucking in really hard a few times lol. Put the pod back on and it worked again
You pressure sensor might be completely damaged or the wire might have been cut. Considering the price, it is much more convenient and less worrysome to just get a new one.
I was able to get mine to sort of work. It fires while im not hitting it so i have to remove the pod quickly after every hit or it just leaks and keeps vaping by itself. But at least i can get some nicotine
YES INDEED the side panel was really hard for me to remove too the reason it seems easy on the video is because I've already done it many times so the adheseive got weak. It is not that easy I admit. using a stationary knife cutter would be one solution i guess.
