I remember a few years ago I went on that “bored button” website and after clicking and finding a few games, that weird Komaeda clown game showed up. There were several variations of the story and it was like a dating sim. I was weirded out but I thought it was pretty cool since I’d gotten into the fandom a few months earlier and it showed up on an unrelated website. Odd
I find it sad that people are like “This ruined the character for them”, “I don’t want to be a Nagito kinnie anymore” and “I don’t like Danganronpa anymore”. I hope (heh) you’re just joking. Like seriously, I saw a lot of shit and discouragement about Gonta but I’m not gonna let anyone stop me from loving the character, let alone some bitchass troll website that only showed him in face value, posts some cryptic shit and not his true character, backstory and flaws. @Morphenomenal i dont think there are anymore (or atleast not as big as KLM) sites like this related to danganronpa, however if you want to search for this kind of projects you should search up some ARGs(Alteranty Reality Games).

I feel like this has some like, really weird lore to it. Does everything have a meaning, is there a message in all of this? It could just be a shitpost/creepypasta site, but it's still fascinating. I would like to see someone try to dissect it, and youtubers slowly make their through it.
There definetely is, I was thinking about the organ ones. The website's constantly talking about organs and surgery, and in one of the 'intestines' page, the reader and writer seem to be having a back and forth on whether an organ is an organ or not. I interpret this as the writer having had a surgery, and that organ (infered to be a kidney) was removed. I also thought about the emails and mods, I have no clue about what this is about. The mods clearly fight a lot, due to the page with the emails, and the fights between mod 12 and mod 43 on page 'fight'. I think this means lots of things happened, but something little happened and that particularly set one off. This might have something to do with 'How have your mod abilities not been usurped yet?' page. Anyway, these are just the theories I got from this vid, visiting the website soon and hopefully uncover more.
According to a friend of the mods, it's a vent site for them to cope. Kinda like an ARG. I think it's kinda creative and artistic, i want more like it.
I think the creepiest part about this for me is just that you dont know what those links are connected to, so you expect the worst and end up psyching yourself out when in reality it's just nagito with some big ol' eyes

something so wacky about komaeda love mail though, I followed the blog when it first started and it was just a friendly blog about anonymous love. after a few months of its existence the blog changed its icon and theme to reflect the blog “dying.” and it stayed that way for a full year. it was a fucking event when it came back like THAT. I love this weird ass entity.

I lowkey wanna make something like this now, it sounds like fun and I want practice writing more horror-oriented things. Maybe in diary format? Props to the mods though, this must have taken a lot of time and practice with coding. Super inspiring! I was in the old KomaedaLoveMail discord server back in the day with the moderators. It was a pretty wild time and honestly was really fun in terms of basically being an ARG to some degree, there were even calls and things. Somewhere I still have a compilation of the funniest screenshots from the mods as they rarely broke their specific "character. " each one had an individual personality and lore but was somehow still a "komaeda" this stuff was so different to danganronpa and was just an offshoot in itself.
Honestly this seems to be like one of those arg/unfiction stuff which at first I thought it was just a bunch of komaeda fangirls but deeper in it doesn't feel that way anymore

ah! so nice to see someone covering KLM! some might say its creepy, but i think its a cool arg/story.. now there are other similar blogs having the same surreal factor, but it was KLM that was first with this sorta thing!!! really, the people behind this are so creative, and i applaud them for all their work! hey, did you know they even made a visual novel about the mods? you really dont see others putting so much work into a project like this!!
I am very much into poetry and art, slam poetry,competitions and stuff, and this whole site feels like some dadaist piece of art. Not having a deeper meaning, but conquering art standarts with cryptic nonesense. Also, the texts on each site literally are really cryptic poems and they're good ones, actually. It may be creepy and disturbing and does not have a deeper meaning for anyone outside of the people involved with this stuff, but someone put a lot of work and effort into this and it's kind of funny and interesting tbh
Most of these are obvious jokes its pretty clear that the mods are a couple of friends who are doing it as an inside joke thing. And after a couple of months things started to derail a bit like they thought it would be fun to make Komaeda a cryptid lol. They are probably venting a bit though especially get that feeling towards to end, like it doesnt feel like its about the character at all.

Like it’s so odd how Komaeda himself is a self destructive suicidal maniac with a terminal illness and brain disease where his only reason to live is seeing others filled with hope and inspiration; yet people online either want to fuck him, impersonate him oddly, make him some weird creature, or baby him. Komaeda is kind of weird himself but if I was him I’d have to idea want to think. I doubt it’d raise how he views himself but he’d be very conflicted on if it’d a good or bad thing.
Considering how the character is, he’d probably treat it like he doesn’t deserve it, as it’s story is practically showing the mods (who are some strange creation of komaeda or resembling him) praising him/ seeing him as a god

Well, all the mods are all collectively just working together on it, whether it be some unique art project or an ARG, they definitely are working hella hard to tell a story. I remember a few years ago I went on that “bored button” website and after clicking and finding a few games, that weird Komaeda clown game showed up. There were several variations of the story and it was like a dating sim. I was weirded out but I thought it was pretty cool since I’d gotten into the fandom a few months earlier and it showed up on an unrelated website. Odd

Like seriously, I saw a lot of shit and discouragement about Gonta but I’m not gonna let anyone stop me from loving the character, let alone some bitchass troll website that only showed him in face value, posts some cryptic shit and not his true character, backstory and flaws.

There definetely is, I was thinking about the organ ones. The website's constantly talking about organs and surgery, and in one of the 'intestines' page, the reader and writer seem to be having a back and forth on whether an organ is an organ or not. I interpret this as the writer having had a surgery, and that organ (infered to be a kidney) was removed.
I also thought about the emails and mods, I have no clue about what this is about. The mods clearly fight a lot, due to the page with the emails, and the fights between mod 12 and mod 43 on page 'fight'. I think this means lots of things happened, but something little happened and that particularly set one off. This might have something to do with 'How have your mod abilities not been usurped yet?' page. Anyway, these are just the theories I got from this vid, visiting the website soon and hopefully uncover more.
According to a friend of the mods, it's a vent site for them to cope. Kinda like an ARG. I think it's kinda creative and artistic, i want more like it.

something so wacky about komaeda love mail though, I followed the blog when it first started and it was just a friendly blog about anonymous love. after a few months of its existence the blog changed its icon and theme to reflect the blog “dying.” and it stayed that way for a full year. it was a fucking event when it came back like THAT. It’s really cool how it gets more and more disturbing as it moves along- as if the people writing these things are slipping further and further from sanity, slowly wasting away within the empty but all too cluttered confines of their own minds.
I was in the old KomaedaLoveMail discord server back in the day with the moderators. It was a pretty wild time and honestly was really fun in terms of basically being an ARG to some degree, there were even calls and things. Somewhere I still have a compilation of the funniest screenshots from the mods as they rarely broke their specific "character. " each one had an individual personality and lore but was somehow still a "komaeda" this stuff was so different to danganronpa and was just an offshoot in itself.
The amount of people who played the Komaeda Clown game on the whole "bored button" site is scarier than this entire portal
