EVERY TIME , THIS BREAKS MY HEART & I CRY, IT'S SO REAL, AND IT TAKE,S ME TO MY OWN LOSSES, AND IT HURT'S EVEN MORE,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, IT'S SO REAL ,THE ACTING IS FANTASTIC, AMAZING,, TG, & GF,, NONE BETTER ,,
The sad part is that the Lucky we love is indeed gone. A new actor comes in a year later, but they ruined a great storyline with Liz and Lucky as we knew it was developing.
Sony told luke that he wanted to put some guards on lucky and luke said no. How can luke blame sony. Sony told luke he was worried about lucky being in the garage and wanted to at least put a couple guards on him. Luke said no lucky will be ok.
This level of grief was way too real, heart and gut wrenching. TG and GF had to draw on real experience to portray this which made it all the more gut wrenching. I had to FF through some of the scenes.
Laura was an absolute wonder in this scene! So raw, so real, almost disturbing to watch! She should've one 2 Emmys for that performance! I wonder how she wound down after that scene😨😱😢
There are several video's where GFand TG sing their praises of Jonathan Jackson and how much they cared for this young man. He in turn has talked about how much he cared for them. He went into the show as a young man with no experience and came out as a great actor. One can only imagine how draining these scenes must have been for them to partake in.
Thank goodness Luke had Bobbie. Should have been Laura. Laura blames Luke but she hangs around the Cassidines they are just as bad. I hate seeing Luke and Laura apart.
Sonny and Jason’s lack of any type of actual emotional expression on their faces is why I can’t stand their characters to this day. The fact that we had over a decade of those sociopaths (and you can’t forget Carly) being the center focus of the series is so depressing to think about - about as depressing as this part of the saga.
@@judithryle2113 They were all fine pre-1998. As soon as Guza came back at the end of 97’, that was when we saw the glorification of the good mob go into effect. By the start of 02’, most of the show was oriented around S&C, and then by the end of that year when Guza returned for his third stint, it turned into the mob hour. Ron and Frank saved the show when they came in 2012, but since then it has lost its momentum.
Something Sad to let you know in Hollywood. Luckily, I saw the Car or I would have been Run Over. It resulted in a Shooting. Whether the Guy in the Car was the maniac I can't say. Wisconsin Lost a State Patrol Officer that day, Trevor and that is all I can let you know. He is missed immensely.
I mean sonny offered protection. Stefan offered protection. Laura and Luke have done a lot of stuff in the past but they dont even mention any of their enemies The whole broken home thing wasnt Laura's fault.
You are very correct. There is a scene in one of these clips, can't remember which one, where Laura actually asks Luke if he is really leaving, so she has it kind of on record. They wrote that he says she kicked him out, that he hated the house, that he didn't know his wife, but on the other hand wrote that he could never stop loving her, that nothing could break them apart, etc. But, if you look at it another way, many divorced/separated couples act like this. Bitterness forces this inner protective mode, and an outer defensiveness that makes the story change to whatever makes the offended person feel better. Hope that helps.
the acting in this scene is absolutely riveting , these two are brilliant .

My baby brother died in a house fire
Luke crying here reminds me of how he broke down when Laura disappeared in Jan. 82
Nikolas turned out to be one of the few good Cassadines.
This makes me cry everytime, the era where Luke lost his heart I think when lucky died
Taggart with Elizabeth is probably the only time I've ever liked him.
Same.
Nikolas comforting his mother, yet devastated also, his face, his tears, as he is holding his mother..
I don't know how GF didn't win an emmy for this.
Seriously. And her telling LuLu about the angels. God.
Sony told luke that he wanted to put some guards on lucky and luke said no. How can luke blame sony. Sony told luke he was worried about lucky being in the garage and wanted to at least put a couple guards on him. Luke said no lucky will be ok.

Gut wrenching every time I watch it. The incredible acting by GF/TG, and writing is among the best of GH classic.
Why on earth doesn't Helena come to mind here? It should be the first person Luke would suspect, then Stefan, then Moreno.

Excellence!
After all these years it still makes me cry 😢

The mob sonny Jason and Carly have ruined this show

2:08 This is so destoyingly heartbreaking for Luke and Laura.

I think this is where Foster disappears. I think Laura put the dog to sleep after losing Lucky.
Oh Mac! My sister and I were wondering where skillethead was. He should have laid down at the funeral.
@@debikaysims9389 I'm not sure when Foster left the show. Loved that dog though.
Oh how horrible to do that. What good would that do
I really never liked the Jason character. Always so emotionless
So if Lucky was found later then who is on the table?
and its funny because when you bring up lucky almost dying in a fire it says it is in 2004 and at the port charles hotel. which is all wrong .
OMG this is so heart breaking
She knew Luke’s associates. Not completely guilt free if those guys did bring on the fire.
Lucky lit the candles which started the fire Helena found an opportunity to kidnap lucky
😪😪😪😪😢😢😥
It was Helena Laura wake up
Did they rewrite history again here?
What exactly do you mean? There's been a lot of re-writes, but exactly which one you are referring to I am not sure.
