The old Scania V-8's make my heart hurt along with Mack E-9's and Cat 3408's. Then you have the GM/Detroit 12V -71's and 8V-92's! That's it for me. Probably a Perkins or two but that's it. FINE rig there. CHEERS, Pal to all!

    Hello!
How do you tilt the cab in your Snoslunga? it seems that cylinder (twice as big as in standard truck) doesn't have enough force. and tank in pump is too small for this cylinder. I'm thinking about putting one more cylinder on left side.

Hey! Actually, we have the same problem. It doesn't lift the cab. I think that there should be some kind of issue. I don't think that it's faulty from the factory. Actually, this one has only 1100km on the odometer 🤫

@@AFHProjects mine has quite similar mileage. but i think that it's designer fault with this tilt mechanism. Cab is almost twice as heavy and longer. So this cylinder is too weak to tilt it.

@vetrieska11 Yeah, the cab is double. Have you tried to help it somehow to force it to go?

@@AFHProjects yes, just used a crane:) when you help it and pump it goes up. but about half of cylinder stroke there is no more oil in pump. it has oil capacity just enough for standard tilting cylinder.

@vetrieska11 Weird, i think that the pump is weak, not the cylinder.

If it’s predicted to snow? Why wouldn’t you park it inside out of the weather? That way you don’t have to clear snow off of it?
I bought a house with enough storage to keep all of my equipment out of the weather & warm. Everything sits on concrete & is on a trickle charger. The only thing not kept warm is our generator. However it is enclosed & on concrete with a trickle charger.

We don't expect to have so much snow. Just did it for the video, and we don't have so much storage yet. But it would be nice. Thanks for watching!
