Boy,you did these old eyes a big treat..... Jennifer, Great to see you seeing the table and lady with you.... on and on . Thank you Tony and Jennifer for the grand set of 9 Ball....
Jennifer has really worked on her game and as a result she has improved tremendously. I was one of her biggest critics. But I truly have to give her much do praise.
It's good to see Jenn back in form. Nobody was a larger critic of her than me when she was shitting the bed, so now that she's playing well again the past few times I've seen her, I have to give credit where credit is due. She's back.
This has to be one of my favorite viewing matches. Jennifer Barretta delivered so many clutch shots that it was like an exhibition by Anne Oakley. I think she can still improve her stroke a bit, but it is hard to imagine anyone but a top pro shooting the tough shots as well, especially as a underdog in the match.
Considering the accuracy of Jennifer's shots, and the fact that they were made with high pressure, I am very impressed by her ability to compete at a professional level. There is some room for improvement insofar as she might not be ready to challenge the top ten players on a given day. If you watch the videos of your favorite pro players and then rewatch this video, you might observe some additional confidence that the very best players have in their power stroke, or their ball control. It suppose that she is already working with someone on developing her game, and it requires patience to make that improvement without expecting immediate results and getting frustrated by the demands of concentration and determination. I had some problems with that myself at one time, and I developed tendinitis in my elbow, and threw my game off by straining to succeed.
Holy shit, I can't thank this commentator enough for mentioning this "9-Ball" movie starring Jennifer Barretta. I had never even heard of it but immediately searched it out when he mentioned it. Turns out it's free right here on RUclips. It could be the greatest worst thing I've ever seen in my life.
Tony set himself up for failure on the 9 ball at the end of the second rack by not removing the template magic rack as it was a certainty to obscure the track of the cue ball in the course of making a routine straight in 3 foot shot.
and not all but most men players also as well but the men players I'm talking about are the old school players like the ones who taught Jennifer how to play
Rule change: If you are allowed to add an extension to your cue making it easier to reach then you should be allowed to remove the middle section making it shorter to jump with.
Watching Jennifer is like watching paint dry -- it's unbearably slow and tedious. I think Tony just got bored to death and was happy for it to end. A 30 second shot clock should be standard at all tournaments.
If no jump or break cues allowed what is Jen doing? Shooting with 2 playing cues??? One with maple shaft and another with CF shaft. Truly shows up for her break of rack #7

I'd rather run through hell with gasoline underwear on than to watch her play pool and listen to a guy talk that knows nothing about pool, Chohan took her lightly until it was too late, the commentary guy was pulling for her for 1 hour and 41 minutes, Why? Because she is a woman, period, this is my opinion, of course it means nothing
WTH happened with Tony's shot a 55:21? Did he swallow a bug, or something? That shot went wrong about 8 ways to Sunday. Ouch. Really uncharacteristic. I would NEVER have done what Jennifer did on that shot at 57:50, hitting those balls. She does it and it works perfectly, That's why she's a pro, and I'm not, one of about a million reasons, anyway. It didn't take many mistakes to lose that match. Jennifer was shooting the eyes out of them. She seemed to be having problems getting position early on, but that kinda worked itself out over the match. A couple of her safeties didn't look all that solid to me, but they worked when they needed to, and that's what matters. All around near perfect play from both, save only about three shots. That match could have definitely gone either way. Cool to see her playing this well, again.
Amazing how Cory Duel was so good at the break they had to change how the game is played. What's next, making Shane play left handed with both eyes closed. I mean he got it down too good like Cory, let's handicap him too.
Tony got beat by a girl lmbo ... in all seriousness great playing by both especially Jennifer , pool is one of the few physical games where women can play and beat the best players in the sport.
You're an idiot. Practice everyday for the rest of your life and she'll still dust you. Tony chohan is a great player, one of the best 1 pkt players out there rn
I use to play in tournaments over 20 years ago but I stopped, when did this 3 ball break rule start up? I never heard of it until I started watching recent tournaments
Barretta is a good solid player - but far far too mechanical and robotic. No fluidity to her game. It is hard to see her winning at any type of high level. She takes forever at times to process simple runouts and simple shots. It is hard for me to watch her play. But congrats to her.
Soooo... the two was supposed to be put in a different spot every rack and Tony put it at the bottom every time. While it didn't help him any... rules are rules... he should have been called on it.
@@Righandwelder1202 : pattern racking is referring to the person doing his or her own racking. What the other person does with their rack doesnt alter the fact you habitually put balls in the same pattern.
Thank you Railbirds for all the Derby City Classic.Jennifer played like 800 +. On and on .

Jennifer has a good preshot routine, it was a great match
Jennifer Berretta was one of my favorite pool players as a kid. nice seeing her play.
It's cool that you had favorite kid pool players.
Nice game Jennifer B! Great win! Thanks Rail Birds for streaming all the great matches!

It definitely shows in this match, she played great!
Great match. Very good commentator.

Can you tell yet where (exactly) the improvement, can be made!

Flippin great intro! Love it ❤️
Very well played by Jennifer!
2 of my favorite players great win jen
Looks like it's going to be a 9 ball binge watching kind of day
Nice win. Congrats Jennifer.
I've always liked Tony C's game but I just became a huge Jennifer Barretta fan, dam that was awesome...you go girl.
Enjoyable match.
I was impressed 😊
some great play here gg both!
What a friggin match! Kevin, great job!
She is amazing.
38:01 the importance of good fundamentals and alignment right there!
Wow!! Her game improved big time...
I need her coach
Jennifer played a world class pool. Bravo 👏👏👏 She allways play good, but I think she improved ALOT. Well done both players. And Kevin Ross of course
Jennifer played a great match. She deserved the win.
That’s a great match.
Nice work Jennifer!
Did someone tell Tony there was a 15 second shot clock?
Tony set himself up for failure on the 9 ball at the end of the second rack by not removing the template magic rack as it was a certainty to obscure the track of the cue ball in the course of making a routine straight in 3 foot shot.
Epic battle.
Accurack mandatory for 9 ball but not for bank pool . Good comment !

I agree Jump sticks are legal the only reason they don't alow them they can't jump

She is the Dana Kirkpatrick of Pool.
What is the score? Can you show the score for people who can't hear
?
If no jump or break cues allowed what is Jen doing? Shooting with 2 playing cues??? One with maple shaft and another with CF shaft. Truly shows up for her break of rack #7
How can Jennifer walk so SLOWLY.....? I changed the playback speed to 125% and her walk looks like a normal person.
A nine on the snap and a 1 7 carom and still win. Nice!! :)
Does everyone take 2 minutes to shoot a straight in shot? Just asking

He should have handed that back on the last rack both played great just not the time to try a hero shot , big fan of both players

chocho is a beast! D:
What's with the ear phones? Though that was against the rules.
They are allowed at Derby
I want one! LOL
Game 14 --- The Sweater Comes Off!
It works some times!...he wasn't buying it.
Ray D Ology She won, didn’t she? Lol
Im stealing that section backstroke from her. My 1st girlfriends name was jennifer and she was still the best after 30 years
Hey look at me, I got a black tank on and I part time once a year at Santa's workshop WEEEEE!!!!
Amazing how Cory Duel was so good at the break they had to change how the game is played. What's next, making Shane play left handed with both eyes closed. I mean he got it down too good like Cory, let's handicap him too.
Shane used to manipulate the rack.. So did Dennis and others. Players complained and thats why they changed it to 9 on the spot
Is this a 10ft table
9 foot Diamond
RailbirdsTV thank you for clearing that up 👍👍
The girl played great under the pressure of the T-Rex ok, enjoy it you hatters
Why are they racking the balls ahead of the spot.
That's the rule at Derby (and some other tournaments). Makes it harder to make the wing ball on the break.
Extremely entertaining match. And (respectfully) it sure didn't hurt having such a cute lil' babe to watch, who can really play! Excellent shot maker.

I can’t watch her play, it’s painfully slow...
You can adjust the playback speed, look into RUclips shortcut keys. Shift+>
Perfect form, stroke , timing
@@vitalikliber oh really?
I thought you aim long you aim wrong.
I zoomed out and got the score . It was never your fault. I'm sorry I got so mad. But I wanted to know the score. Ok
Haha no problem. I hope you enjoyed the match.
I like to see women playing in tournaments
I would put Jennifer up against any female pool player in the world and bet on her for the win
it wont show show where she loses against real player

Jennifer violates the 3 point break rule a lot too...

2 ball at the back of every rack. Guess its OK?

Big girl hé :D
Svb rotates 3-4 patterns in his racks and always places the 2 ball at the end. Not classy at all
Baretta is my future ex wife 🥰🥰🥰
man she like watching paint dry
Strange to see a pro who can't play left and right.
Soooo... the two was supposed to be put in a different spot every rack and Tony put it at the bottom every time. While it didn't help him any... rules are rules... he should have been called on it.
Only has to be put in a differnt spot if you are continually breaking ... so since Jen breaks she changes it he technically didn’t have to
