Sir Safari's dicor engine is designed around a 15w40 oil and we can actually decrease the first no. ( 15 here) and increase the second no (40) , without any problem ,acc. To the weather conditions but not visa versa

I have problem regarding time belt it's wearing in every 500km its 4th belt I'm changing I even changed all pullies as local mechanic suggest even though problem is solved plz let me know if you find the solution for tat!?
Sir if you have already replaced all the pullies then the doubt of a seized Pulley does not exist now , only source of friction can now be internal ( if the timing has been done right ) . Have to tried to use a friction modifier like MOs² which can help to reduce the internal friction . Because if the journal bearing of either your crank or cam has wear then they can also contribute towards the added friction . But i will recommend you to get the timing checked first for errors . Then use a MOs² Hope it helps

Hello sir my safari dicor 2.2 temperature needle come in middle then the pickup goes down and then i stop the engine and after sometime again start when temp comes down an then pick up comes back an the pickup remains on good mode an when temp needle goes on middle same problem is raised thanks
Sir if its more than 6yrs old then you need to replace the engine mounts , rubber is getting hard and now transmitting all the vibration to cabin , which results in humming noise

Dear Tata Safari owners, Do you think our gaadi can be used to do international travel? If you look at the Adventure overland videos.. they mainly travel by Japanese or European (or Even Ford) suvs or sedans.but i have not seen any Indian cars (Mahindra or tata make). I understand the reason as these international cars have service centres across countries.. BUT MY QUESTION...Can i dare to take my safari for this travel? Your inputs please
Sir technically yes , but before that it is essential that you should know your vehicle well , everything needs to be thoroughly inspected and verified , people drive safari for thousands of kilometres without any issues just because of good maintaince , as an assumption of driving 800-900 kms in 24 hrs is nothing major for a engine , after that car needs to have rest and hopefully you too. So just check the things like condition of suspension , brakes , engine , change all the filters including fuel filter just to have peace of mind , an oil change for engine transmission and differential and drain the sedimentor ,if possible run a diesel fuel system cleaner to clear out the fuel system , and i guess you will be good to go .
Seems like an injector is getting choked . Uneven fuel delivery to cylinders can also results in vibration . Any other issues regarding accleration or pickup , fuel consumption ?

Just check the condition of cooling system , maybe a fan is not running or a relay got stuck .
If its staying in the temp range , its not a problem

Bro engine rpm idling is not stable when we do cold start but after when engine gets warmed up then rpm gets stable. What's the fault?
