It is very hard to avoid sugar, but most of the studies said if you get away 21 days from any bad habits, such as eating too much sugar or fast food then you do not have the desire to go back to it. So the same thing is applying on the sugar.
I've been eating 300g of sugar a day for years - never did me any harm. Keep the fat intake down though (ideally 10-20g a day). I am overweight but that was more from full cream milk, cake, pizza, ice cream and bacon I ate in the past. Sugar satisfies you at lower calorie levels, providing you eat little enough fat to remain in a deficit, and drink plenty of water. Things like dates are 65% sugar anyway and they are healthy enough. When you don't get enough sugar, you start getting tempted by the high fat junk food like chocolate and burger and chips, which contain twice as many calories for the same amount of sugar/starch as rice and dates. If you're getting inflammation from sugar, something else is wrong - probably diabetes and your fat intake is too high. Which means extra insulin per unit of glucose, which can lead to inflammation if your insulin levels are chronically high. The symptoms lay more dormant on a low carbohydrate diet but that's just a band aid. Too much protein is bad for the kidneys. I don't think many people (who aren't starving) get too little protein, not in the western world.
Most people fail to realize that the body first converts excess sugar into carbohydrates in the liver. Fats are chemically defined as 3 carbohydrate molecules posessing a double covalent bond with a single glycerol molecule. Whats more, is that to a rate limited extent, fats can be converted back to sugar under the right conditions. Hence, if youre burning fat and not in ketoacidosis, you're first converting it back to a carbohydrate and then back into glucose.
@@Harlem55 that's interesting. I thought fat was always being converted to ketones and some form of diluted ketosis was going on all the time, even with mostly straight glucose as fuel.
Animal protein can destroy your kidneys and it always destroys the animal killed. I love sugar and I've never been overweight. Keep things in moderation.
The RDAs are essentially meaningless in a clinical context because, properly speaking, we empirically evaluate hyperglycemia/hypoglycemia based upon serum glucose labs, not RDA/consumption. Thus, if you want to find out if sugar is a problem for you, get a glucose meter and spot test. If youre in the 70-130 range, it may well be good advice to simply leave things be because chronic hypoglycemia has its own set of biological effects.
Ya I agree, obvious fake subscriber count. Which is weird. This whole channel is super weird. Weird televangelist tv vibe. IDK what this channel is man...
As long as it's correct vegan. My grandma was a vegan for 8 years I think. Did you know that coke, Doritos and Oreos are all considered vegan foods? As long as it's real unprocessed food I think your gonna benefit better anyway. Me personally I eat a 90% animal based diet but it works for me. May not work for you or the next person.
These "Doctors" are about as trustworthy with regards to medicine, as Woopy Goldberg and the women at the view are with regards to politics.
😂😂😂😅

All the carbohydrate that in the food that you mentioned are transfer to sugar in your body, Which is lead to overweight.

I don't know is cocaine really that bad for you?
@LEARNER 🕊 I sprinkle cocaine on my corn flakes, it's not that bad for you
Not compared to sugar. If anything if people actually used it like the natives use the coca plant, it would be a safe herbal medicine.
