Kevin Alejandro who plays Dan directed this episode and the first episode of the season. That scene with trixie yep I was in almost in tears the same with maze I get teary eyed.
Not of leaving her behind. It was actually the guilt of not being a good influence on her, in the time he had. It was her talk that made him realize he was, in fact, everything she needed.
Its really funny that the killer of Dan talks literally the same as Dan when he got in his body😂 it makes me actually think he was inside his body (like literally on set)
Well he is _"God",_ after all ... on a different series! Thus far, they've ruined both _"god"_ and _"Superman"_ (Tom Welling) for me by recasting both actors as *VILLAINS* on _"Lucifer"!_ 😀
I mean like the 2 other comments, only one episode and a cop show. This season was also really focused on the "calling" of the group : Amena-God, Lucifer the healer, and the episode on the social issue is to show that Chloe's "calling" is to go back to the police being a lieutenant to make a change with all the problem in the precinct.
LOL total BS remark dude! It was actually a very important and prolific statement from the writers and also driving Amenadiels character arc in becoming God...
So the whole slow dance in panic room was improvised by Tom and Lauren

They are ending the series, they had to give closure. Of course they would be slow, it's not some mega budget superhero series.
you know that there is non alcoholic sparkling wine?
For me this season was only a very long goodbye , I love it.
I love that the thing that kept Dan from entering heaven was his guilt of leaving Trixie behind. A parents love can not be underestimated.

Lucifer: _"I'm sure everything is going to be fine."_
To quote Lucifer to his Dad in Season 5:
_"That's what you said about the bloody dinosaurs!"_
Ha! Great quote 👌😂
omg you look like Rory 😅❤

That’s some good acting.
@@predetor911 true, that's why i love it! 😆

You do know that the Le Mec actor is not french right?
@@jackson7963-MPI Not _"a bloody Frenchman"?_ Oh, noooooo!
I literally watch your reactions for those moments when you’re pissed that you’re crying! 😬
Such genuine reactions
Every time Trixie makes me cry
the maze goodbye really got me
I always thought the reason Chloe drank on the beach, knowing she was pregnant, was because she knows Aurora grows up okay . . .
Kinda crazy how the show is ending
Anyone else notice? Lucifer's board says Check in on Father Frank.
Is that panic room bigger on the inside?
yes, like theTardis
They had it built for this scene and yes it’s pretty big
Is not slow is the end of lucifer it's all of the the sessions ending
They wasted their time writing on these social justice issues. This season lacked depth.
it's a cop show.
police, as an institution, is inherently social. of course they address social issues.
The bad cop storyline was literally the only "social justice issue" they touched in 10 episodes. Was that seriously too much for you?

This episode was written right after the riots last summer. It’s not Iomega they could working for the LAPD ignore it nor should the rest of us!
