Kid pulls out a knife and stabs the man, police arrest man who was stabbed. How does that make sense? Sure he was a belligerent jerk but it sounds like the kid threw an apple at him and then pulled a weapon and attacked him based on this reporting.

Too many people are missing important points. First of all, if the man really cared about the basis for having the law he could have compassionately and MATURELY approached the children and educated them about why it's best not to feed the deer there. But his dark heart is easily revealed because instead of empathizing with how children"s minds work and seeing the innocence of the moment he used it as an opportunity to aggressively verbally assault them. Of course they felt threatened! He has more physical strength and power as an adult and he abused that. The only thing these kids learned was that adults are just impulsive toddlers masquerading in plus size meat suits.
