The Cove is a pretty good secondary to it. I wish they did more with it. The persistant world of Achievement City was one of the series greatest strengths. Subtle nods just seeing stuff as they passed by.

Was scrolling through RUclips and saw this just as it happened to be released. Suddenly getting nostalgia of my youth.. I don't really watch the Lets Plays anymore and I really only listen to the podcasts. Been a hell of a ride AH, started watching in Year 7, aged 11. Now I am 18 and start my second semester at university in a week. Time flies I guess.
So weird, I did the same exact thing! Haven't watched much in a while, but this one popped up. I think something like playing bingo in minecraft reminded me of Wool Wall and Shopping List, which caused the nostalgia for me.
The channel itself has definetly changed more for profit then anything else. Lots of forced content because the old way of doing things wasnt sustainable. Half the time i just have these videos on in the background while i browse my phone out of boredom. Its an odd feeling. They have less views and growth yet they are still tremendously successful due to the FIRST and events like RTX and AH live.
Yup. Started watching in middle school, now I’m a graduated with a full time job, but this one looked inviting. Miss Geoff’s commentary though ;(

@@fdub301 at one point did i say it was wrong? Im criticizing the fact that the success from them has come more from their other projects rather then the core of what it used to be, which was making videos. At that cost though comes much less views then what they used to pull in.

The reason Lapis-achievement doesnt work:
If you open the file "adv17.json" in notepad, you will see that the trigger (or criteria) for completion ISN'T set to regular lapis or lapis block. It is set to lapis ORE..
So if you were to mine lapis with a silk touch pick you would get it. (or you could just change the file).

Strangely in most places a collared/tagged cat is not considered "owned" if it is off the owners property and/or the owner has no registration papers/microchip registration. So if you see a collared cat running around the neighborhood its fair game unless it's been chipped. Actually happens a lot more often than people think.
