When you are using the qi2 one to charge both the phone and watch, does the watch make random chime from time to time? It does it to my charger which has the flat top phone plate. Charging the watch by itself doesn’t have the same issue though.

Can't say I've noticed any chime. Have you used a charging brick with enough power to charge both devices at once?
Do you feel the new qi2 charges faster than the older models you have there? Can you do a comparison with charge speed?

I can only tell you what’s on the box. I’ve no way to test the output to my watch.
