My old one died after about 3 weeks. I emailed Judd on a Sunday. Within a few hours he called me to let me know that they would be sending us the new improved actuator. No problem he said. He even sent my new one over night .I couldn't thank him enough! His customer service is far beyond what I expected. Fantastic customer service. Thanks again Judd!
same happened to me. Had it for a few weeks and the actuator went out. Called him and he sent me the new black model over night. Next day I was up and running again. Awesome guy and customer service.
Joe, I ordered mine last night! Thanks again for taking the time to make these videos and share you honest experience man, started my business last year after retiring from the Air Force man and I’ve learned so much from you! U the man, thank you
As usual Joe, I look forward to your videos and to my delight you did another video on the FlowPro. I can't thank you enough for the positive comments and as a couple of your viewers know we aren't perfect but we strive to be the best. We recognize you spent a lot money and hate it when something happens. That's why we do everything we can that day to get you running and if not we will overnight whatever we need to ensuring you are running the next day. Luckily, we have only had a hand full of problems and those have been resolved very quickly.
Just got my #FlowPro the other day and installed. Love it! Installed control box on tote cage with thread cutting bolts. Rock solid. Keep up great videos!
@powerfulimprovements oh crap it's $800 I m new to the pressure washing community only pulled 3 jobs so far , too early in my business to put out another $800 I'm still 4k from being profitable still but will be a future purchase , I think I want a designated soft wash system 1st
Hey Joe! Super nice video for a Sunday! Did some repairs my self. Changed a 12v pump..ran new lines for reels. I got a question..do you just 12v for roof washes and then use your pressure washer for building washing? You videos say you do..wanted to ask why. Thanks buddy? (Just gathering info on how to possibly increase productivity as a 1 man band)
@@powerfulimprovements I have downstreamed before I'm running a ar45 and love it. But kinda miss ds thanks for videos. You may need something catchy like freshrince. LOL.
Hi Joe Great setup, I plan on getting one soon. Are you drawing sh/soap thru your blend manifold? Great videos Thanks Ps, you work on some beautiful properties with great scenic views. 😎
I'm running a super suds soaked with the flowpro, and for some reason the DS injector will not work now. Switched injectors to an envirospec and same thing. Not sure what's going on. Took both DS injectors apart and they're fine. Have you run into something similar? Gonna try to skip the reel and see if that help, then maybe take off my swivel connected to my DN10 to see if that helps. I'm at a loss.
So the xjet draws soap in itself think of it as having its own injector built in. The m5 will be a lower pressure so it activates a downstream injector constantly thus why you need a flow pro to cut that injector off. I have them both as the xjet can drawn slightly more chem but requires you to carry a jug and hose around hooked to the xjet at the end of your gun/wand. If your used to downstreaming then xjet will seem horrible lol.
Hey Joe, is the difference between flopro and shertzbox is that the flopro will bypass the injector to get max water flow right? You don’t use both right? It’s one of the other? And you switched from shertzbox to flopro?
@@powerfulimprovements gotcha, for some reason I thought you used a shertz before… two things on my by list, flopro and that large swivel. I’ll tell them you sent me
Shouldnt the direction of flow be in the "off" (up/down) direction when the light blinks?

Yes. 12 volt roofs. Downstreaming for house wash. Fastest way for me
I got my FlowPro installed and was wondering your thoughts on the injector placement. Before the ball valve or after the ball valve?
Mine is after
I didn’t here the his. So...
Good for you
Hey Joe I just ordered flowpro after this video. how are you running chem batching or using a mixing valve
Awesome. You’ll love it. I’m drawing straight sh

Sorry. Getting refurbished as back up

Hey joe where can I get a decent 1/2 swivel fitting for soft wash gun?

Take the flow pro out of the scenario. You’re dn10 in the flow pro May need replacement
Hey Joe. What’s the difference between the m5 3-7gpm and the m5 xjet? The m5 xjet draws soap too?
Xjet does not draw soap

And I could definitely use a 1/2” swivel for my softwash gun
Correct flow Pro bypasses injector allowing full flow. I never used a shertzbox
