Hey Jay of course first comment! I like the skotti grill because not only I’ve seen how simple and easy it is to use but also I love how portable it is. It would make a good addition to my slowly growing camping gear.

I've always wanted a collapsible fuel stove/grill and was excited to see this come up in my social feed. I'm super interested in using it for moto camping when I'm not going minimalist. I love to cook and this gets so compact it would even fit in my pannier! Love that you can use multiple fuel types. Looks like a really well engineered product.

Great informative video. Me personally, I think best part about the grill is how they incorporated the slit on the skewers to be able to lay them on the grill and not have to worry about them rolling off.
Great video. I'm in between getting the Skotti grill or the Skotti Max. Trying to figure out if my cookset will work with Skotti or if I should use the Skotti Boxes. It would be good if you could make a video cooking on the grill and using the Skotti Boxes. For reference, it would be helpful if you could also use a small pan on the grill.

Is there a plate you can use on it for eggs or onions
For any vegetable you can use the griddle but for eggs you can just put a pan directly over it.
Did you have to season those grates before you started cooking on them?
No. Not on stainless but I did do an initial pre heat to burn off and oils that might have been on it from factory
