Where would I begin to look if there is NO power at all to the emerson unit. No lights are on and everything is wired up. Air conditioner was working last year.
Just gotta check the schematic at that point and trace. We had one of these hooked up to a ECU unit on a military base and it was driving me nuts, but turned out to be the ice cube relay went bad.

I believe the device monitors current, not voltage to the compressor, the lack of which would signal a fault if the contactor is energized.
