- In today's video we try out the New Holland T7.245 AutoCommand which is the vario model, which means it's automatic, a bit like driving an automatic car. The New Holland features a strong ad blue system developed by sister company and lorry company Iveco, which makes New Holland a safe bet for emissions systems reliability. It also has plenty of power, a comfortable spacious cab which will be great for working on the muck spreader over the weekend. It also travels well on harsh UK roads, with a comfortable suspension system, both on the front and on the rear in the form of a cab suspension. A big thanks to Ernest Doe, and to Henry from Ernest Doe's Wymondham for organising this weekends demo. First impressions are good, time will tell, Enjoy today's video!

I love them both. They are amazing tractors
We have 2 T7 245’s and they are a fantastic tractor. Superb traction in the field. The extra weight and longer wheelbase gives the tractor that extra star ranking. Also, it has the least depreciation in value per hour out of all the brands that we found hence our move to NH.
This New Holland isn't a Blue Power version. And the CVT transmission is not made by ZF. It is developt and build by New Holland/CNH themself.
You're gonna love that New Holland. Our farm has T7.260 and T7.290HD great for pulling and field work and no worries about clogging EGR or DPF only AdBlue to tank and good to go.
Did you go for a powercommand on the 260?

Good new holland power we acctually just demoed a kubota m7152 it seems to pull very well but we are testing it on how well it handles our 6 furrow plough hopeing for best weather

To be fair you'd expect a T7.245 to outpull a 6155R, she'd be a step up in terms of weight class /power!

The T7.245 is ok but the deerer is the beast
Try a 6250r or 6215r as nearer power to the NH as the 155 is 90 hp less

Jumped on this vid as soon as it came out, nice to see a bit of blue power on the farm!! Coming from a UK beef and sheep farm it's nice to see how others operate. Lockdown has let me get more involved in the farm as schools less in the way, become a regular at market investing in some dairy cows to rear some calves from and I've taken in a small flock of orphan lambs to get experience for future adventures. Keep up the great vids

Hi Olly yeah thats a great looking machine will be interesting to see if its much different than your green friend, you could get a job showing machines you always know about them, no matter what make they are lol thanks again for sharing and enjoy your time with the Holland, what would your dad think of them ?
Still prefer the Massey 7718 you had on demo a few years ago. but the new holland is nice tho.

@@8erryman actually they are very different they only have the same engine the cab and layout and they way they drive are nothing a like in fact new Holland are going to cut back on a lot of there models and push Cases forward because they are better built

Why do u have a new Holland T7 on demo u have a brand new John Deere 6155r sat in the shed!!! Get on and do some work and stop having all these demos u should of had all these demos before u brought that John Deere. Tbh I don’t see a need for a 250 horse tractor on your farm to go on the straw chopper 🤨
Yh like you can't compare a 155hp to a 245hp because course its gonna be able to pull better
Also y hire a 18tonn if your knowing its gonna be harsh for you own equipment

working in a New holland workshop. never have had problems with the FPT engines. we never have to pull the engines apart.
Ik werk ook bij een newholland dealer maar wij hebben wel een paar met problemen olie zuipen vooral
@@larscnossen1593 moet je carterfilter vervangen. Als de de peilstok eruit trekt met draaiende motor en de olie komt eruit dan heb je carterdruk en moet je het filter vervangen
@@tijmenkoele8042 is t niet t zijn de cilinderwanden hebben we uitgezocht hebben al meerdere gevallen gehad CNH stuurt ons een nieuwe motor en die zetten we er dan weer voor

very nice tractor. and yes, you do work very hard to get all sorts of machinery on the farm to test to have for a while. you do very well. must be lovely to have all that new shiny machinery on the farm!!

I'm Cork and I a t7 200 but ar is range not auto but there lovely view out them I think

good luck with it. ours are rubbish.
the VT is good for field work and for staying within your powerband increasing acceleration att heavy pulls but i do hate the VT in the MF i use to drive. top speed of 45 but it would allow you to go above 45 for a few seconds before it cut power and steped back the gearing. supper annoying when you are in a rush and keep overshooting the top speed and geting thrown down som in gearing

My ears ar burning slightly...FPT dont own new Holland, they are part of the wider Cnh Industrial family, and supply engines to all the brands under the CNh umbrella. The auto command is NOT made by ZF ,its inhouse produced by CNH. You also forgot to mention its built in Essex, buy british and all that...? Good positive review but try to be more accurate

Well it's looks like a good machine comfortable and warm it has everything you need it sits well on the road but where it counts is on the land when I started on the farm it was with my dad like you but time's where different then I'm now 76 so you can tell how long ago it was but you have come a long way yourself well dune boy like you say I'd rather be farming
