Hey Knox you should do ERB Mr. T vs Mr. Rodger
Please react to seven Chakras by ces cru
Nice peter vs Epic Lloyd is pretty great ngl both of em
You should react to Dreamcatcher again Boca has some great bars
Steve irwin vs jaque
Elvis didn't just acknowledge his black inspirations, he insisted that every venue he performed at allowed his black back-up singers. He fought for their right to perform wherever he could. Racists hated elvis in his day.
agreed until the last sentence
@@derekhandson351 the racists of his time did hate him. They complained that he was corrupting the white youth with his "n***** music".
@@derekhandson351elvis was removed from radio station Playlist across most of the south till the late 70s, the evangelicals of the day called him a devil worshiper
@@nzstump0152Sometimes I hear the opposite, so did he change his views?
so because you sometimes hear people say things that is suppost to be evidence of anything, elvis was singing black gospel music before he sang rock and roll and always had black female backing singers as well as black people playing the instruments@@Humanresouces
The kid who played young MJ is the shit! The casting for him is just excellent. I wonder if he did more stuff afterwards? He's got talent.
Right bro!
Truth
He has a youtube channel I believe
@@ghost_curse What is the channel?

“I knew you’d never bang her” bar wasn’t actually a reference to the pedophilia accusations. It’s actually referencing a rumour going around at the time that MJ wasn’t banging Lisa Marie Presley because he was gay. This was refuted pretty quickly, but yeah.
Simple: it's both.
She just wasn't his type at all...
His doctor said he had been chemically castrated as well to keep his voice high. But I think that was said after the battle had been made. Works in hindsight.
Their marriage was a publicity stunt. It was annulled After a year and a half.
@@bernieburton6520 And it produced one of the most awkward and uncomfortable kisses to ever be caught on film. Like she didn't even want to be there.

"While Michael was rapping, he was unwrapping his sandwiches"
MY MAN GOT BARS ON THE COMMENTARY LMAO
11:14 *Knox pics up water and drinks*
me who knows what's about to happen: "oh no this may end bad"
🤣🤣 Oh man I was soooo close bro. Terrible timing lmao
😂😂😂
@Chantip Chea that's what she said....sorry couldn't resist it
KNOXXXX GOTTA JUMP ON THAT JIM HENSON VS STAN LEE!!!!
Excellent suggestion, that is an amazing battle, that was dark af, especially considering who ‘owned’ ERB at the time.
I've been saying that one for two months!
@@syyneater YES!! SO Glad that changed!
@@syyneater Who owned erb?
@@CallmeOzymandias ERB was part of Maker Studios, which was purchased by Disney (Stan Lee vs. Jim Henson was under Disney, hence the cameo). They, ERB, ended up buying themselves out of Disney. I think it was last season that they started up again as purely themselves.
That Elvis first verse is one of the most vicious in the entire ERB catalogue. YIKES man.
"I stole from black culture, why are you offended" is one of the most underrated bars in the verse and I'm so glad you loved it lmao
It’s not underrated, shit murdered MJ so hard it ended it right there
Eh took the energy in that bar was gone once mj said “I didn’t loose any chocolate, I just added vanilla”
But yeah that bar was crazy
I feel like adult Micheal beat 70’sElvis and 50’s Elvis beat young Micheal. But young Micheal had great lines too it’s hard to pick idk for the first round
@@SCP-38I2 lol no it didn’t. MJ literally rebutted that on the first line of his last verse
I will say it again: Sir Isaac Newton vs. Bill Nye. It has Weird Al in it!
This is one of my life goals. Having Knox react to Bill Nye vs Isaac Newton. Very interested in seeing what he thinks of Weird Al.
shhh...dont spoiler him. want to see the moment he realizes it^^
You can NEVER go wrong with Weird Al.....
YES YES YES. I've been commenting for months about this!!
If u see this, u should check out George Carlin vs pryor
My bruddah have faith! When he sees this.
Oh God please react to this its too goddamn good 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hell yeaaaa
You forgot the Cos
If I'm not mistaken I believe all the nose surgeries were attempting to repair damage he suffered from the hair fire deal during the pepsi commercial. Something about the hot air messing up his nose and making it harder for him to sing. Great reaction, this one is brutal on both sides.
Michael had lupus actually plus as a child is family (His father and Brothers mainly) bullied him about the size of his nose and it was a big insecurity for him plus the issues his lupus caused him
He already did a nose job before that Pepsi commercial
Another week, another comment. Knox, I'm gonna keep saying it until it happens. Bill Gates vs. Steve Jobs is by far one of the best and catchiest ERBs of all time. You'll eventually fall into that pit where you're gonna want to memorize the entire battle word for word. I know I did
Yes
No.
@@Invictus-Solaris why?
Yeah... I literally came to knew ERB by that battle. Extremely catchy. Not among the most vicious ones, but vicious enough
Damn straight, Bill Gates vs Steve Jobs introduced me to ERB!
I'm pretty sure the monkey was named "Bubbles".
Correct me if I'm wrong, cause I'm not entirely sure.
Nah you're right.
Just an additional note on how internationally known the Bubbles is, King Kai from Dragon Ball Z. Yeah, that Bubbles is named for Bubbles, and why King Kai has the glasses.
You're right. A common schoolyard joke back in the day was that Michael acted just like a child, and that he loved blowing bubbles.
@@targetthetank I never knew that. That's a really cool reference.
Yep, you're right
MJ vs. Elvis has some of the best rebuttals in ERB history! :-D
You should do Babe Ruth vs Lance Armstrong. The closing line alone is my favorite thing ERB has ever said. Been out for years now and I still laugh like I've never heard it before 😂
This is the ERB that got me into ERBs.
Yes!!! And same here John.
what was the line
@@thesnazzycomet "3 strikes, just one ball"
We're still waiting for Einstein vs Hawking
Elvis liked his food, but it was also due to the storm of pills he took
Before a show
Anti sleep pills
Cough syrup
Anti vomitives
Constipators
Aspirin
After a show :
Sleeping pills
Laxatives
Muscle relaxants
More aspirin
More cough syrup
More anti vomitives
Every day, for decades. And theres more but i dont remember what exactly
You got it right on the second guess Knox, Tootie was from Facts of Life.
Also, Carlin vs Pryor is one of the best battles they made. Musk vs Zuckerberg is also a great battle!
Whats the reference to tootie ?
@@rg6310 the line in the rap that Elvis says is“you think your tough, man you look like Tootie, I was tougher than you in my Blue Hawaii Movie.”
@@michaelstaniford3701 oh ok thanks
Steven Hawking vs Albert Einstein or
Freddie Mercury vs Frank Sinatra, both are amazing
"Your Daddy beat gold records out of you like alchemy. Don't make me spank you and dangle your ass over a balcony" My all time favourite ERB bar, legit
Don't worry about looking silly Knox... That's one of the things I really enjoyed about this reaction. All your puns and jokes were hilarious. And after breaking your brain on that Nas and Em track, nobody can blame you for losing it mentally. Hahaha. You're still the undisputed king of breakdowns, and nothing will change my mind. Keep up the epic reactions bro, you're killing it! (Epic reactions bro... E.R.B. see what I did there? Lol, ok, I'll see myself out)
Fun fact about Beat It: the guitar solo was done by the late Eddie Van Halen
Funny thing after just lose it came out MJ ended up owning Eminems music. Until his death and even then it took Eminem years to be able to buy it back.
Mr. Elvis was gettin jiggy wit it. Once again Knox delivers a sentence I never imagined hearing in my lifetime lol
Elvis came to Germany during his military time. He arrived in Bremerhaven which is part of the city state I was born in :D there is still video material of his arrival and the people cheering for him if I remember correctly
Tootie is from The Facts of Life. She was my favorite character when I first started watching but as I kept watching Jo became my favorite. On a completely separate note, I really enjoy watching your videos and I want to thank you for taking the time to do this for us. You are awesome!
Nice referencing Alien Ant Farms Smooth Criminal cover, I love that version (the video is everything you’d expect from AAF). 2Cellos also did an instrumental cover, that is also awesome.
Thomas Jefferson vs Frederick Douglass has to be next, I can just imagine Knox’s reactions. Love the music and love the reactions 🔥
I will say the only thing that bothered me was you saying he had skin alterations which makes it sound purposeful, when Michael actually just had Vitiligo and there’s evidence that he did have it. You could see on his hands in his earlier career the pigmentation changes. Honestly that’s just being a little nit-picky but it did rub me a certain way. But good reaction overall as always.
Me too! And yes there are many pictures that come up when you search Michael’s vitiligo. I can see why he would say that cause people say many things about MJ and it’s difficult to see what was said by the media and what was said by MJ himself or his family
🙏💖👍👏
Jim Henson vs Stan Lee next
I just realized how vile a lot of Elvis's lines were. Holy shit he was spitting poison.
11:19 i love mj but that joke is So good. always gets me.
George Carlin vs Richard Pryor is one of the best ERB’s, it’s fairly long and has some of the very deepest cuts in any ERB
Plus they got Gary Anthony Williams to play , which was BRILLIANT.
Thanks for ur reaction… yes Mike seemed weird to some people cuz no one had a life like he did a a child and an adult. The media demonized, chased and killed him but at the end of the day it’s him being called weird? And not is? Or the media who got no idea what his life was like? It’s sad 😒
Added note: This was old school ERB I think... Like season 1. Production was not as good, but is still nice.
*Season 2
season 1 was on the Nice Peter Channel
This was season 2 bro
It holds up really well though.
I was never a fan of Elvis, and I used to love Michael Jackson, but Elvis buried Michael in this ERB.. Savagely.
Of course he won, the latter half of this battle was so one-sided its embarrassing; half of MJ's lines in his second verse was just lame references to his discography, and when Elvis was on he was in the background inexplicably "grabbing his own wanger" to further support Elvis' diss...
@James Lannon in terms of all around talent Prince was above all those guys you named
@James Lannon You're literally everywhere lmao why
@James Lannon That’s Racist To Call MJ “wacko”🤡
@James Lannon on whose channel are you trying to be the troll? Knox or someone else's
If I can make a suggestion, I would say whenever you get around to watching the NicePeter vs EpicLloyd battles 1 & 2, do it as a live stream. There are a lot of in jokes and references that you might not get without a deep dive into ERB history, so you might want to have people that can instantly tell you what the bars are about if you want to appreciate them in their entirety.
He need to check out the majority of Season 1 before that or else the first one will fall flat. But I will enjoy it when it's time for those battles.
@@itsmemange agreed cause for the first one there are alot of references to season 1 and he probably should watch some of the behind the scenes for part 2 idk
Jacques Cousteau vs Steve Irwin was an absolute banger, you should give that one a look
If you see this, do Michael Jordan vs Muhammad Ali.
YES! or Martin Luther King Jr vs. Ghandi (if he didn't already....I don't think he did?)
Babe Ruth vs Lance Armstrong is one of my fav erbs and one of the most savage too, so pls react to it knox
every week you forget the mark zuckerberg vs elon musk one lol
@KnoxHill love your reactions and breakdowns
I love how you break things down to point I actually learn something from watching these. Also just got through binging most of your reactions and realize you didn't do Giants by True Damage or Villain from K/DA, be good to see these along with some of the other ERBs.
The really shocking battles are the Disney Princesses and on one Sarah Michelle Geller another had Eliza Dushku... But mainly look up Whitney Avalon... mind blowing
Whitney Avalon's Princess Rap Battles were, in my opinion, garbage. The musical production was lacking, the lyrics were mediocre at best, and they had less than zero emotion/passion in the vocals. It literally sounded like they were just reading from a script, not to mention how off time the vocals were. I do not recommend.
Again, that is my opinion, and I cannot fault you for having your own. Please have a good day.
The Elvis stuffing on sandwiches was apparently how Elvis actually became fat and the sandwiches were banana sandwiches. Check the behind the scenes for that info.
Banana and Peanutbutter toasties to be exact.
Fried banana and peanut butter sandwiches iirc.
@@RikFTK with bacon in them as well
@James Lannon Dude, chill the fuck out. At this point no one really cared on what you're saying. Let them post their comments in peace
We enjoy these, we want something relaxing like this as well. Also your take on the ERBs.
I really liked this one because they both went in HARD.
I’ve been impressed by your knowledge of each subject you cover in your reviews
Yeah, Tootie is in The Facts of Life. She also appears in a handful of episodes of Diff'rent Strokes according to IMDb.
I thought it talked about Toorsie movie starring Dustin Hoffman.
Duddee knoxx, your reactions to songs and erbs were so underrated. Reactions to erb is my fave since it's what we go jammin while in highschool. I would like to suggest more reactions on 1st to 3rd seasons of erb. Good luck and God bless!!
Love the song in the intro. Great reaction as always. Still waiting on that daylyt funk flex freestyle reaction. Won't stop requesting till you do it Knox
Knox i love your breakdowns and they really got me into the hip hop genre
you have to listen to A+ Move on
to find him on spotify seach boyz to men
Bill Gates vs Steve Jobs has to be next
Loved Elvis and always will. Loved Michael and always will. The King of Rock n roll and the King of Pop. Two legends that the world lost too early💔 anyways this was pretty cool.
Jim Henson vs Stan Lee is amazing as well would definitely recommend
Dr Seuss vs Shakespear could be combo video with Sinatra vs Mercury
Okay, THREE things:
1: Michael Jackson's monkey's name was Bubbles.
2: The Blu-Ray movie about Jackson is "This Is It" (don't quote me on that, I may be wrong)
And 3: "I stole from Black Culture, why are YOU offended?" Knox: *Almost spits out water* Me: "AWWW SHIIIIIIIITTT!!!!!"😮😵
Batman vs Sherlock Holmes!! It has Zach Sherwin in it as well
"Unseemly gyrations" were frowned upon back when Elvis was on TV and making movies. And MJ died of a drug overdose too.
Every week I’ll request Steve Jobs vs Bill Gates until it happens. It’s such a good one.
"Now let me just flush that down"😭
Can't be more of a perfect day. Chilling for 10 hours, seen Suicide Squad 2 in theaters AND come home to Knox breaking down one of the more memorable ERBs?
Nice
It's not a sequel....
@@demrickwable Eh, it is. Chronologically it's a continuation of the first and Birds of Prey. It just doesn't explicitly reference the past missions the squad were on.
I've been wanting you to react to that blue suede line since you started this series. I love that flow and that line. everything about it.
This is one of my favorite Knox’s
I like this Knox! Keep it up!
Knox, I'm loving it!
Since you are the king of breaking down the bars I gotta recommend Lil Dicky - Make Belief
Its Friday, new Knox ERB reaction and its my birthday.... Great day
I listened to Michael Jackson with my mom as a kid, but swear to God when I saw him go to trial, my mom says I asked who who the white lady was, and why she was going to court.
This is honestly one of the best battles they've done.
Love this keep it going
Ah finally, was waiting for this one
Love you man! You're doing good!
This one, and the TMNT vs the father's of the renaissance are some of my favourites, I could just listen to them like they're regular songs
This is such a great one, good burns on both sides. Still waiting to see you do Stan Lee vs Jim Henson
You had it right with "Facts of Life", Knox!
Tootsie's actress (Kim Fields) shared a resemblance to baby Janet Jackson
Iv been watching you for months now and i dont know why i hadn’t subscribed yet, but you called me out on it this vid so you got me 😂
Knox man you need to do another nerdcore song, the best thing about nerdcore is you don't need to know the anime but if you do it will hit harder. A good example of this is a song by daddyphatsnaps called drip, and another one by rustage called showdown
Ok, 'How you gonna talk about the birds and the bees, when you met your own wife when she was only fourteen?' is one of the most killer lines in ERB. Michael slaughtered Elvis with that.
Great line but very hypocritical.
One met a 14 year old that he married at 21
The other openly admitted he had no issues with sleeping with kids
Yes. There is SO much depth to all of these. I listen to them years sfter the fact and still realise new things.
Sup Knox! Love your music and your ERB reactions! Keep the good vibes up, from one fellow DMV man to another. By the way, the name of Jackson’s monkey was Bubbles.
Damn, I'd forgotten how downright vicious this one got.
Double whammy today! Have a good weekend Knox!
The name of the Monkey was Bubbles and the skin pigment goes alot deeper then people dare to admit, being a massive MJ fan he won for me but that being said i have a massive book on the history of MJ
I'm a huge Elvis fan. MJ definitely won
I won't lie, that intro hyed me up.
Good stuff dood!!!
Seeing Knox nearly spew his water out was classic... I'm sure I'll see him actually do that as I watch more of his videos...
Great video
Awesome videos keep it up
I have been waiting for this for so long. Now to see the dr. Seuss vs Shakespeare
I think you should try reacting to The Stupendium because he makes in my eyes very good and high quality rap videos about video games and I think you will like his wordplay.
Ohhhhh im gonna love this one i can tell
congrats on half a million + subscribers!
Knox, as always, great video. Some correction is in order though. Elvis did not die on the toilet, he was in the bathroom and for most people that would mean on the toilet, but Elvis had a library and couch in his bathroom where he would sit and read when he couldn't sleep and didn't want to disturb his girlfriend. He was on the floor of the bathroom, but people like to joke that he was still on the toilet because they think it diminishes Elvis. He was well aware of his weight problem and was actually humiliated to look like that after being in excellent shape throughout his 30s when he was doing a lot of karate. The medications he was taking as proscribed by his doctor at Colonel Tom's behest, caused the weight gain and Tom wouldn't let Elvis take time off to rest and recharge. Members of his entourage tell stories of Elvis being passed out in bed, burning up with fever and the doctor saying he needed rest above all else and Colonel Tom telling the doctor to get Elvis awake and on stage no matter what. Elvis fully intended to take several months off but Tom refused and booked him on a tour. Elvis wanted to fire Tom and told several people to tell Tom he was fired, but Tom refused to be fired until Elvis told him himself and Elvis felt beholden to Tom for all he had helped him achieve so could never face him and fire him.
Also, no rhythm? Elvis had all the rhythm and could dance his ass off. Just watch his videos on RUclips and see the King in action.
Elvis was the King because his contemporaries called him that, he never called himself that. Just like Michael Jordan never claimed to be the GOAT, his opponents and other greats call him the GOAT. Michael Jackson told Elizabeth Taylor to start calling him the King of Pop and she started that trend. I had the magazine where she did an interview and talked about it. Best I can recall, it was in mid to late 80s and he was talking to her about how Elvis was still being called the King of Rock even after Thriller had broken records. Michael felt that should put him on top and get him the crown, but she reminded him that Elvis was Elvis and his impact on rock and roll music could not be touched, so Michael popped off and said, "Well just call me the King of Pop then." So she did and then everybody else started doing it until it just became a part of the every day lingo.
The almost spit take got me dying hahaha
There is a video of the balcony scene. He dangled the baby over the balcony, quickly got it back in. Meanwhile everyone on the streets shouting "Michael, Michael, Michael" like fans do. Except one young woman who looks around like "Did no one see what just happened?"
It just shows that celebrities can do whatever they want.
Intro hard and the beat Daamn
Other people called Elvis the king of rock and roll, Michael Jackson proclaimed himself the King of Pop.
Me watching this laughing on with Knox. 🤣
Me hearing "I know you're angry but I can't comprehend it."😉
Me watching Knox pause the video, talk about a prior scene 😁
Me watching Knox unpause and immediately take a sip of water 😦😧😨😰💀
People forget how much elvis did for black preformers...when jackie Wilson was laid in hospital broke it was elvis who personally covered his bills or when a certain concert organisers asked him not to bring his black backing singers and he refused to do the gig without them.
There's plenty more where that come from.
Yours is the best reaction because you actually reference more history
Facts of LIfe :) You are the first person I've seen get that reference. lol
