    Hey ya'll, I am so sorry about the glitch in the video. It starts at 5:00 and ends at 7:14. The audio is fine, for some reason the video just freezes. I wanted to reupload but I already deleted the raw footage😓

      I thought this was just a pause for dramatic effect at first, it was at such the perfect spot for that. 😂😂😂

    Your locs are simply gorgeous!! That volume is to die for lol.
    I do shed a few bits of hair ( more like pieces of hair ends since my ends are not locked) whenever I shampoo and when I loosen braids, but it's not much at all.
    Suggestion - I've found from years of trying that the only way I can keep things neat is to place all the loose items that are meant to be stacked neatly in matching bins or baskets of a height that allow for easy access and at the same time hide the unavoidable disarray inside. I sort out and tidy up the bins when I'm up to it but the area and shelves look tidy the whole time.

    C’mon length, volume and health! I know you feel so refreshed and relieved. If you don’t want to compromise your fresh braid out, maybe just wiggle at the root with your fingertips and only pull through the roots. This braidout was amazing though! So happy for youuuu 🌻😍

    The video froze for me on my tablet and my phone after around 5 minutes. Did that happen with anyone else or is it just me?

    • @Jaanechan
      @Jaanechan 2 года назад +2

      It did the same for me while watching on a laptop. Luckily, the video starts again after a few minutes.

    Your hair looks so good. Love a fresh retie. It feels like my scalp can finally breathe! lol
    And yes I get that mini breakage when I style too, whether it's a braid out or a roller set. It's not too crazy but yeah it happens 🤷🏽‍♀️ lol

    I would consider that breakage. Usually when my locs shed the hairs are whole which means they wiggled all the way through the loc. Perhaps the breakage is a normal part of the loc journey because I’ve been trying everything to get my 10 month old locs to stop breaking at the ends. But I have color treated hair. I think it’s happening less and less now that I did a mini trim and Olaplex treatment. Nobody talks about the breakage though!

    I can relate to organizing stuff one day any a few days later it's a mess again🤣. Cabinet doors would be a great idea!🌸

    This video came the day after I washed my hair. I used the branding method and thought it would dry by morning. About to pull out my diffuser. 😂

  • @sg_effect3103
    @sg_effect3103 2 года назад +4

    I have the same problem with organization so what I started doing is arranging my make up by separating my frequently used stuff from my occasionally used stuff. So my frequently used stuff are in their own little container and I always end up putting back the rarely used stuff immediately after using them in to their category section. Hope it works for you too.

    Obviously either way looks good like you said but I personally loveeee the look of the more separated braid out on you. It actually makes the curls look smaller and more curler/wavyer if that makes sense and makes your hair look even thicker 🤎

    I don't get much shedding at this point either. I notice more though, when I need to moisturize my ends. Your locs look gorgeous separated! The volume is phenomenal and oh so pretty! Loving your new outlook on your loc journey! It is going to serve you well! Also, that darker blush is very becoming! Be open to trying things outside your comfort zone, so far you doing so has been serving you well! It expands your possibilities and allows you to live a bigger life than what you see for yourself!

    Same loc journey different regimen/routine✨✨ love your hair it is still very beautiful❤️❤️ I also think there’s a glitch in the video where there’s a frozen frame of you holding the locs you lost but it could be my phone acting stupid😭

    Thank you for the complete details with the wash and braid. When I washed mine hair before w/ micro braids I didn’t braids and had to rebraid some back. Last question how often do you suggest washing the hair?

  • @mojob356

    Beautiful! Does the leave in conditioner leave residue since it’s white? I’m always nervous to use anything other than clear products

    • @TyKaraAnn
      @TyKaraAnn  2 года назад +1

      So far I haven't noticed any residue. I find it to be very lightweight and I don't use very much of it.

    Your hair looks great, I detangle while my hair is still wet. I wash my hair early in the mornings on my day off and let it air dry, I dnt style until my hair is dry.
