    Very nice and informative video, thanks for sharing all the steps with us! Just a question: How do you calculate the height offset for the 2 settings of the 1/8" radius cutter, to produce the teeth you want?

      The teeth are slightly angled forward. You can locate the tooth face that is horizontal in CAD and then measure the distance from the center line. Position the bottom of the cutter in this case that much higher than the center line of the wheel. The second pass is much the same, but you may need to rotate the wheel slightly to fine tune the cut so that the radius of the cutter blends nicely between cuts while you still get the tooth tip width you want.
