I prefer shaving and it doesn't cause any problem to me. At the beginning it might feel irritated but then after few attempts it would become alright. It's cheap as compare to other methods and time saving. I would never ever suggest using hair removal cream for sensitive skin people it might cause so much irritation and cause infection right there.

You can use boroplus, which acts as an antiseptic and also helps lighten and moisture the skin
See your dermatologist .. i had the same problem , but my dermatologist recommended some tablets and cream for couple of months, now i dont have any pigmentation anymore around mouth
