Monster Munch were a much loved United Kingdom crisp variety launched in 1977 A.D. by Smiths Crisps, and subsequently revitalised by Walkers in 1995 A.D. when they took over the company.
The classic years of advertising with the original monster puppets appeared on television between 1978 and 1994 A.D., prior to their move to Walkers. At this point the original 3-D puppets were replaced by perceptibly stop-motion animation and sadly the costumes were definitely lost forever.
Despite a failed mid-profile campaign to recover them.

WOW look at the size of those bags in those monsters hands, imagine the size of the bags in human hands. LOL. Bag sizes seem to be getting smaller these days. Picked up a £1 bag at my local shop and I'm pretty sure used to be 68g and now it's 60g, at this rate I will have to empty crisps into a bowl because my hand won't fit into the bag. Less Less Snack for more money it seems like these days.
