Leanne Wong is such a clutch athlete - a double twist still landed pretty darn well on her feet with minimal shuffling and she took of with BOTH FEET missing the beam, not just one like the announcers mentioned. She’s amazing.
I can’t hardly believe she did that. It’s not all the perfect landings, it’s being able to limit the deductions when you make a mistake…no one is perfect. She is absolutely wonderful. 😊❤
I can’t take my eyes off Trinity when they show her she so beautiful and stunning 😍 what an absolute queen 👑! She of course is such an inspiration to the Gators and they are doing her proud ❤️
My feelings after this, though I don’t think it would change the results. I think they underscored MSU on bars, Leanne Wong is beautiful but that vault had more deductions. Overall, I feel the judges favored Florida.
Not to say FL wouldn’t have made it anyways, but there was some overscoring on vault and floor. Whereas Mizzou was heavily underscored. Don’t love it but it’s been happening with every host team
Personally, I thought every team had some overscoring going on. FL was forsure overscored esp. on some vault scores but regardless they were by far the best team out of the 4. If anything I could see some people being slight frustrated with the Utah VS Mizzou scoring.
A note to the commentators. Why aren't you talking about FLORIDA especially when they are the only ones on the screen!!!! 90% of your comments are on/about Utah. Come on!!!!!!
I would say for this particular meet the entertaining part from the halfway point and onward was to figure out if Utah or Missouri would come second so it makes sense that they comment on that, especially during the last two rotation i know i was mostly just watching Mizzou and Utah looking for mistakes and trying to see who would qualify with Florida!
Be grateful your faves didn't make themselves conversation-worthy in the same way Utah did. That said, I saw this comment as I began watching the meet, so I kept my ears open for this egregious non-discussion of Florida. I heard discussion of everyone, with at most a small tilt toward Utah-Missouri for the reasons mentioned above. The Florida praise was effusive.
Looking at the results for session 2, obviously Oklahoma for course no contest but maybe a toss-up between Florida or Utah definitely know Alabama will come in 4th, Alabama is tough but definitely no match for Florida or Utah & definitely not Oklahoma.
Don’t forget LSU! If they hit their routines, they are the best bet to beat Oklahoma. Unfortunately Oklahoma looks better than they did last year. Tired of them winning though. Routing for Florida n LSU or Cal.

I feel like that’s happened before to her .Her skills are so clean and technically striking. I find it hard to see much deductions every time she performs ❤
They always score Leanne Wong low. The FX was perfect…why not a 10? The BB score was crazy low 9.8 for a little shuffle on the landing, when the rest of the routine was perfect…Good Luck and Blessings Leanne! Leanne is one of the best gymnast in the NCAA and the world. I’m glad one of your teammates got the AA.
Leanne Wong was low balled on that 9.8 BB score. I think she deserved a 9.85. I’ve seen routines with more than 4 big wobbles and they didn’t stick the landing get a 9.85 …but okay.

Michigan State was underscored on bars. I get they didn’t stick their landings but some just took a step and scored in the 9.7s is a bit crazy

Most definitely!!! She’s so clean on all her skills . She leaves so little to be deducted. I’m really impressed by her as a freshman.
