This happened last night but wasn’t on my period. I was so hunched and curled in on my self and every time I had to stand to move the pain increased had to take care of my self it sucked I thought I might have to go to er but would only be sitting there for hours in pain or stay home with a hot bag and stay curled up and hope it went away it was scary I’ve never had pain like that before or that sudden 1 minute I was fine walking around getting a snack next I was hunched over trying to focus on my breathing to reduce the pain
