ENJOYING LONDON'S BEST DONUT (doughnut) FROM BREAD AHEAD IN BOROUGH MARKET

I tried London's best donut (aka doughnut) from the famous Bread Ahead bakery in Borough Market.
Borough Market is one of my favorite London destinations for foodie fun and great food. I love all the stall and individual vendors and also love some of the local restaurants like Arabica Bar and Kitchen and Berenjak. Every time I visit there's always a huge line for donuts (or doughnuts) outside the Bread Ahead bakery Aside from their great baked goods, Bread Ahead has legendary cooking classes, both in person in London and online. I was lucky to be staying at the Shangri-La The Shard London, which is supplied by Bread Ahead with doughnuts and pastries. When I returned to my room after my London adventures, I was so happy to find a special blue box waiting on the desk. It housed two doughnuts, a maple-glazed and a vanilla custard.

Yes, fresh everything, by the end of the day they don't taste as good. I must say I have had some good fresh donuts from a local Winchell's lately!!!
