A poem I wrote 2017 Beautiful child of the universe You are the child of thousands upon thousands of generations You are the spirit of the soul that gives power to the body and life to the power of the soul You do not stand alone The fear that pumps through your veins The passion that wakes you from your slumber The warrior that growls in your belly and torments your restlessness The lamentation in your heart Your desire for love and freedom It is not solely yours It is the voice of humanity Calling across the cosmos birthed from a lifetime of compassion And a destiny geared towards awakening you to your greatness Do not be afraid of your light! You are the child of the universe And a million generations You are by far natures greatest creation and Gods greatest Love Lay down your sword Unfasten your breastplate Open your heart and let the agony pour through you until its bitter sweet nectar transforms you anew Beautiful child of the universe Flesh of her flesh Blood of his blood Child of every myth and legend Hero and Heroine Take up your armour Shield your heart Point your sword to the stars Let out your roar and let them know I am that I am that I am ✨🧡 💫
