- Team Wizard's 3rd level is a complete and super advanced free diving course. It is the ultimate free diving experience with amazing knowledge inside the water and out. You will accomplish a 75m dynamic dive, over 3:30 minutes of static apnea and a +30m depth dive. It also offers amazing rescue techniques in the water and on the boat. I was wondering how is this level 3 then i realized it must be SII. Thought it’s AIDA first.
So your a freediver??
@@PhotisWizard just finished AIDA 2. Was taking a look for the requirements of AIDA 3
@@lostpharaoh6057 Constantinos my friend for completing level 2 AIDA . This is level 3, with max dives at 40m and 75m dynamic apnea. Only AIDA has level 4 which is basically the same as the other level 3s 😊

@@PhotisWizard I mean that when you are diving down on your video (or whoever that is with the line) - you are looking down to the bottom (turning your head up). One of the things that we were taught on a freediving course is not to look down when you dive and keep the head / neck in a straight position, so you can only look in front of your body.
@@PhotisWizard psychologically it's difficult not to see where you are actually going, however not turning your head up helps to relax muscles in your neck (saves you O2), keep you generally relaxed and most importantly keep your body in a streamlined position (not a 🍌 shaped like when you turn your head up) which in turn makes it much easier to go through water, which obviously saves you O2.
Hence my suggestion to keep your chin down 😊
