"Use the web file number we sent to you". But comproller never sends one. No one awnsers phones in a timely manner (45 min on hold). Comproller proceeds to send bill for not filing while making filing impossible. Great system.

*None* of the options shown in this video are on my screen or anywhere else in the system.
I've already logged onto the eSystems and Webfile. The options are "Assign Taxes/Fees", Register for Sales and Use Tax, and Search State Payments Issued.
There's no option related to Franchise Tax anywhere including the menu etc. You'd think they'd have a giant button or a menu option for Franchise Tax (None Due).

Hello, This is not how my screen appears once I am logged in. I attempted to assign taxes/fees but the web file number that is on the letter I received says invalid. Is there anyone with the office that can assist step by step with this? No one answers the phone.
