Very informative video. I have to tackle my 310A hydraulic pump so was happy to view this video. Hope maybe the pump is good and just the coupler between crank and pump went bad.
Hello. Thanks for the good video. I am rebuilding my pump. What seal kit number is? My backhoe is 310a. Trying to press out roller bearing, would love to learn how to first:))) (If you have any videos, would be awesome) also looking on numbers for thrust seal, behind the rod seal. Omg. I wish I had all the parts easy to find, with no confusion. Any good advice helps, thanks anyways. I understand, everyone is busy:) keep up the good work and good luck.
Greetings from Romania! Can you tell me please how would you know if non JD bearings are the same quality? I am rebuilding a JD 3040 hydraulic pump and the JD parts are from 5 to 9 times the price of other parts(most of them bearings, needles, seals,o rings, etc). The JD bearings are 10 times the price of other manufacturers. It s crazy, but we always think it must be something special about the steel treatement that makes them so expensive... Thanks in advance for any advice!
John Deere does not manufacture bearings, they simply spec out what quality, size, material, hardness ect, then go to a manufacture and they put them in a John Deere bag. After that, they mark up that item incredibly, they extra you are paying is not superior quality but profit. I'd suggest you purchase from a local bearing supplier vs online because so many items are being copied that are not the same quality.
hi, if I didn't put inlet valve and pistons in the same original bore that would be a cause for my pump just deliver 1300/1500 psi at motor start and then down to 0 psi? thanks a lot
It's important to put the Pistons back in the same bore because the Piston is warn to that bore. But you should still have pressure. there's a couple of things to check make sure you've got all the air out of the system. Number two make sure your secondary pump is humping sufficient oil to the pump.. try lifting one of your hydraulics while cranking just to verify it's not dumping to the sump.
@@dapperdanp2485 we try to get out all de air on the tractor transmission pump gears are new and scv got air but after bleeding still not work, maybe we have more oil or compesator pressure valve is failing thanks for help
Ew BOY ! Have I been here ! GREAT VID ! But I do SRSLY !,,, Suggest goin to HFT, getting some letter/number stamps, & punch em up good. Ya can't carburetor clnr off,,,, PUNCHED NUMBERS ! I also suggest getting a 2X6, 18 inches long,,,, & drilling holes for all pistons & springs n shiot :)

Where do you get a rebuild kit for it
where can I get the adjuster screw/assembly for this pump? or what is the model # for this pump? any help appreciated
I can’t say I’ve ever saw a tapered roller bearing verified by spinning it before. I’ve only checked it visually
got any videos of the clutch or reverser?? by the way good job.
Not at this time.
Great video, thanks a million 👍
