Ivar is in my opinion the best character of the show since Ragnar died. He is smart, ruthless and unpredictable as well depicted in the serie, and that's what make him very dangerous. There is nothing more dangerous than a man that you cannot predict and beat because of its constant change of strategy and point of view, there is no pattern at all, you can only endure what he has planned. I am really eager to see how the show will turn with Ivar in charge of the main storyline.
Other than that, again Zurik there is nothing more to say about this edit, this is a master piece, again ! Congrats man, I hope to see more Vikings with this new season !

People who dislike ivar taking the lead fail to see how well the actor portrays Ragnar. Almost as of both actors really are father and son
This is amazing. I loved the relationship between Ragnar and Ivar. 8 especially love the scene where Ragnar tells Ivar that his legs are not a weakness but a strength.
3:16 Ubbe's right eye is closed, in the next shot Ivar's left eye is bloodshot. It symbolises that these two are the two halves of Ragnar Lothbrok.
Ivar has really good acting skills. I like him more and more.
I loved the relationship beetween Ivar and Ragnar and I was heartbroken to see the way he reacted when Ragnar died. You did an amazing work, as usual. Can't wait for your next video !

@@winogirlll He was a Viking. What you expect?? The show makes them actually nicer compared to how ruthless they were. Ivar is the only true Viking left. I like how they keep him realistic and TV Ivar is orobably way more tamed then the real Ivar the Boneless.

The editing skills, the music, the chosen scenes...I was speechless since hearing Ragnar's voice at the beginning, literally wide eyed, mind blank. But just when I though the vid was ending...I hear Athelstan's voice, and I swear I held my breath without thinking. And those last moments, with the parallelisms between father and son, proving they are more alike than anybody thinks, those moments? Those were glorious.

Holy shit I only just now realised the parallels between Ragnar and Rollo, and Uber and Ivar. Each was the younger son who surpassed his elder brother's power and eventually came to war with said brother. But he's still his own character. If you combine Uber and Ivar, that is pretty much Ragnar. But while Uber is Ragnar's son in looks, Ivar is his true heir.

Согласен, но все не так просто. Мне кажется Хэмунд боится признать, что он больше воин, нежели верующий епископ. Он однажды оступился, а теперь может и вовсе начать сомневаться в своей вере. Хотя и говорил, что его вера сильна и с пути он не сойдет.
