Very pretty! Please dont worry about noises that you cant control 💜. I question the need to set eyeshadow primer with every eye look. It really does help to take a small amount of shadow, tap it on the eye, building the color up. Tap, pat..before swiping. I do know of a few people that have very oily eyelids and use a translucent powder, before shadow, to absorb oils.
I sometimes set my eyeshadow primer with a little white eyeshadow (but only on my mobile lid) I have hooded eyes so I prime my eyes from lid to brow bone. Love these green shades on you! 💚💚💚
So glad you used this palette for the 3 looks. That 1st smoky eye is my fav. I love that deepest matte shade. It packed on your lid beautifully. Not patchy at all. I've never seen anyone do a look like your 2nd one I don't think🤔. Idk maybe, but it was gorgeous & I like seeing different styles & "unusual" placement of shadows💚💚

No thank you. I got inspired with the reverse Smokey. I did it today with the main squeeze palette from colourpop. Cause I like to kind look sickly sometimes. 🤣
OMFG LOVE THESE LOOKS!!! They're so green and yummy 😛😍 Hmm... I love all 3 looks SO much, but I think that 3rd look has my heart the most, I just think it looks so lush and green and foiled and wet and yum 😆 then that first Smokey eye you did with that stilla and red lip, serving us Grungey Poison Ivy vibes 😍 💚😆And I set my whole base like twice, and found that it just desaturates my shadow colors!! It dulls them out. The only time I ever set a base, is if I only set my crease if i know I'm going in with a super dark color, like a black, dark charcoal, navy, or dark brown in the crease, because it helps them blend I feel like, and then I can go back in and pack if I need too once I have my blend going. And since they're dark, they typically will work out decently with this method, even if the dark shadow can be patchy by itself 😆

(I'm a little partial since it's green eyeshadows.) 💚💚💚 The 2nd look is giving me 60's vibes for some reason, reminding me a bit of Twiggy. I'm one of those that still sets my eye primer with Wet n Wild Brulee shadow, as my lids are a bit oily & my primer will crease no matter what. Setting it helps a little, though. 🤷♂️ 😉

I loved how you stepped outside of the box for some of your looks this time because monochromatic palettes make it hard to not do the same thing over and over. Also, I still set my eyeshadow base because I have very oily eyelids and if I dont its transfer central. A hot mess.

I used to set my primer, but I found once I found the right primer I didn't need to anymore. I bounced around for a while before I settled on Smashbox's lid primer, which I love. But I did snag some Sigma ones because they had a huge sale and they were only $10.95, and you and Porcelain say they're pretty good, but I think Smashbox has my heart. I used Sigma's today and I do like it, but I love the applicator on the Smashbox one. It's my 11th day of work in a row, and after today I am off for 3 days. I am so looking forward to it. I hav a CosCon I am going to next weekend, so I have to costest some makeup for Jessica Rabbit and April O'neil, (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles OG cartoon version), so that's what I'll be up to this weekend! I think the second look is my fav - I dunno why but it kind of made you look like a cat. Like a cheetah or something lol. Supah cute!

As always a work of art! I use the Sigma base as well and use as is... how in the world do your brushes look like they blend so easily? My tacky base makes it hard to do my "windshield wiper" movement lol. And I use the brush very gently as well ... minimal pressure

I really only set my browbone, blending a tiny bit into the crease, as well as under my eye. I like to leave my lid tacky because I think it helps the shimmers to pop more. This palette looks really amazing, and I love it contrasting with your pink hair! I was debating getting this palette, but I decided to get the Danny's Dream bundle from Sydney Grace instead. u☺
I love the tackiness of an unset base but lately I've been putting a translucent or skin tone powder on the outer crease. I think it cuts down on the time it takes to blend perfectly 😉 (Also, these looks are all incredible, as always 🙏)
if i know i want to do a real smokey blown out look i will set it bc it helps it blend since i don’t do regular transition shades. if i know it’s something that isn’t extremely pigmented i will just use my powder brush without any additional product- and i always use the it cosmetics translucent powder

I don't set my base anymore bc of you lol even if I just use concealer, I don't set it lol my eyelids do sometimes get oily so ill sometimes set it if I'm going to be wearing the look allllllll dayyyyyy long like over the 12 hr mark and I typically will only tap a light layer of translucent powder on my lid if I do and not in my crease. Look 3 is so pretty too I love that color on the lid! Its magical! And look 1 is so grungy and smokey and sexy. You are so stinkin cute. That lime green is so stunning and unlike anything I've ever seen. I hope they can/will/do offer it as a single. Also: aside from the occasional bang in this video, I have never been able to discern any of the background noise you've mentioned. Like you point out that it's there and I still can't hear it. So I think less comes through on your mic than you're thinking! :)
I like all the looks but the first is my fave. I wonder if I could get look like your first one with the Just My Luck and Alien palette.... If I could afford this I would totally buy it but I just can't right now. Obviously I couldn't do the shimmer though! I set my base when there a palette that works best with it but i's really rare that I do that now.
I'm 34, have been setting my lids for 20 years now, it's really hard for me to change make-up routines. I do it on auto pilot, even when I planned on trying to apply my eye look without setting it lol.

I still have to set my eye primer cos I have to cos I have such oily skin you could fry an egg on my face and I have to put a very light amount of powder on before my foundation or it will slip and disappear away so I heve to with extremely oily skin that can start fading away in a few hours then I need to wash it off that ikky feeling like you need a shower that is perfect for you I think that palette will be one of the best you have love you and your style Nik from Australia Perth I'm a girl

I actually never set my base... I don't really prime tbh I just dab any excess concealer I have on my sponge over my eyelids after I've concealed my under eyes... xxx
Hmm so I don’t set my eye base, but I have very dry skin, so I feel like even my eyelids soak up every bit of moisture possible, so my base ends up being pretty skin-like in finish anyway 😅

I really only set my browbone, blending a tiny bit into the crease, as well as under my eye. I like to leave my lid tacky because I think it helps the shimmers to pop more.
This palette looks really amazing, and I love it contrasting with your pink hair! I was debating getting this palette, but I decided to get the Danny's Dream bundle from Sydney Grace instead. u☺

I love the tackiness of an unset base but lately I've been putting a translucent or skin tone powder on the outer crease. I think it cuts down on the time it takes to blend perfectly 😉

if i know i want to do a real smokey blown out look i will set it bc it helps it blend since i don’t do regular transition shades. if i know it’s something that isn’t extremely pigmented i will just use my powder brush without any additional product- and i always use the it cosmetics translucent powder

I don't set my base anymore bc of you lol even if I just use concealer, I don't set it lol my eyelids do sometimes get oily so ill sometimes set it if I'm going to be wearing the look allllllll dayyyyyy long like over the 12 hr mark and I typically will only tap a light layer of translucent powder on my lid if I do and not in my crease. Look 3 is so pretty too I love that color on the lid! Its magical! And look 1 is so grungy and smokey and sexy. You are so stinkin cute. I just live for your videos so much lol my bf always teases me and says that I'm going to leave him for you LMAO I WISH jk jk but really you are so strikingly beautiful. That lime green is so stunning and unlike anything I've ever seen. I hope they can/will/do offer it as a single. Also: aside from the occasional bang in this video, I have never been able to discern any of the background noise you've mentioned. Like you point out that it's there and I still can't hear it. So I think less comes through on your mic than you're thinking! :)

I like all the looks but the first is my fave. I wonder if I could get look like your first one with the Just My Luck and Alien palette.... If I could afford this I would totally buy it but I just can't right now. Obviously I couldn't do the shimmer though! I set my base when there a palette that works best with it but i's really rare that I do that now.

I'm 34, have been setting my lids for 20 years now, it's really hard for me to change make-up routines. I do it on auto pilot, even when I planned on trying to apply my eye look without setting it lol.

I still have to set my eye primer cos I have to cos I have such oily skin you could fry an egg on my face and I have to put a very light amount of powder on before my foundation or it will slip and disappear away so I heve to with extremely oily skin that can start fading away in a few hours then I need to wash it off that ikky feeling like you need a shower that is perfect for you I think that palette will be one of the best you have love you and your style Nik from Australia Perth I'm a girl

I actually never set my base... I don't really prime tbh I just dab any excess concealer I have on my sponge over my eyelids after I've concealed my under eyes... xxx

Hmm so I don’t set my eye base, but I have very dry skin, so I feel like even my eyelids soak up every bit of moisture possible, so my base ends up being pretty skin-like in finish anyway 😅

I have to set my eyeshadow base cause my lids are extremely oily which is annoying cause the rest of my skin is normal to dry 😭 I wish I didn’t have to set it cause colors come out so much more vibrant but I end up with an unintended glossy eye an hour or two later and it’s not cute lmao.
