    haha 99 grand for 20 acres. $5k an acre in butt fack nowhere.

      Better than $14,500/acre in BFE Texas, with nothing but a well and windmill maybe. Then 2+ hrs to any real town. $7-10k/acre for small tracts is common... Its insane!
