I like it on the tiger drop, and on the komaki parry, but I think everything else can do without it. Slowdown works very well on counters because it lets you savor the reward of timing it right.
overall i think its better to use slow motion sparingly, it can be kinda tiring/fatiguing to have the gamespeed constantly changing of the ones in this video, i think the tiger drop one is probably the best
I think you should only keep it for the counters. It adds a sense of gratification knowing that you hit the window to perform them. I'd also suggest for the Komaki Parry that you only play the slow-mo and screen effects when you hear the back cracking to add that extra emphasis.
