Since FIFA is still looking the same every year and PES 2016 is looking a lot better, I'm thinking of getting PES.

General Receptive Pes is pretty bad online, I must say. I have some experience with it. I'm also not impressed with offline. If you want a football game I'd still go with FIFA. It's more reliable, and online is much bigger. And they have all important licences of course.

This video perfectly showcases how lazy the developers of FIFA have gotten with the realism of penalties for some time now. I've never seen one footballer take a penalty in the same way that Gerrard did in FIFA 13, or how Ronaldo took it in FIFA 14 and 15. The fact that it was more realistic in FIFA 04 shows you how much they care really.
Whip It Good even the animations were way better. they even have realistic fights and realistic behavior in the transitions. now in fifa 15 its just horribly fucked. it so simple. no cool animations or transitionas...just a hit on the shoulder and both of the players walk the opposite direction and one gets yellow or red carded. the graphics are good. now all that needs to be improved is the gameplay and the transitions.
Yeah you're right, it's almost embarrassing the fights the players have on FIFA 15. I said to my brother that it really would be amazing if EA took 2 or 3 years to properly create a FIFA game, giving us the most realistic football game we'll ever experience. But because of their audience, it'll never happen. Too many FIFA fan boys want their yearly dose of ultimate team and new exiting player that their team just bought in real life to lpay with. It would be weird, but think about how much they could work on the game play, animations and transitions with that much time. Because what we're getting every year from FIFA are SLIGHT improvements, when we all fucking know we could be getting huge ones if they really wanted to. Fifa 15 doesn't look like a next gen game at all and I doubt Fifa 16 will either, as they're too content with the audience willfulness to be spoon fed their uninspired yearly additions of FIFA games.
Whip It Good their improvements (and i use that term extremely loosely) is just making the game worse. EA should take the time that they have right now to make better improvements to their games. fifa used to be much better before but as they are 'improving' the game, it actually sucks more than E.T. they have all the money which they can use to make a better game. fifa 16 is most likely to be worse than fifa 15. actually...i dont think ANY of the newer fifa games are gonna be better...its just gonna get worse and worse. i bought fifa 14 for my xbox360 hoping that it would be a good choice to buy the game but honestly im starting to regret my choice. they have a WHOLE FUCKING YEAR with more than a thousand workers that can work on the game to try and make it better. Look at PES...the gameplay and the graphics are on point. everything is just smooth. but fifa? ohohhhhoooo my friends you have thought wrong..

fifa 2001, 08, 11 will always be special for me. 2001 my first ever fifa. 2008 was when i got my psp and played it all day. 2011 was the first time i moved on from psp and experienced the game on pc. fifa 11 with the kaka intro *_* :') miss it. no matter what they do to the game, will never enjoy it as much as i did back then

FIFA 08 is when the gameplay started to change, it was no longer as simple as sprinting on the flank, crossing, and a striker getting at the end of it and scoring. That was basically my gameplan for all FIFA's until 08, In all formations. It was also very easy to score from long range in FIFA 2004 it also probably had the hardest 'World-Class' difficulty

You have issues with frame rate in fifa 97 and 98. You recorded in 50 or 60 fps. Should have converted it to 25 before importing to your editing software. As a result the picture is speeding x2. This often happens when you record from emulators, always should set the recording output to 25 fps.

No hate for FIFA as I had FIFA 09, 10 and 11, but for entertainment value you can't beat the mid 2000's PES on PS2.
